Täydellinen hotelli, 100 metrin päässä rannalta merinäköalalla. Parveke ja pieni pöytä merestä nauttimiseen. Pieni pyykkinaru ja runsaasti säilytystilaa.
Suihkukaappi ei kuitenkaan ole kovin miellyttävä wc:tä käytettäessä, koska lattia pysyy märkänä suihkun jälkeen. Ei lastaa tai moppia veden poistamiseksi.
Ole varovainen, kylpyhuoneen hiustenkuivaaja on vaarallinen, koska lattia on märkä. Varma tapa saada sähköisku! Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Great location which is close to the main square where you can find shopping areas, foods, and bus station, eventhough you have to walk a bit to reach the hotel due to the narrow path. But it is not a problem as its perfect location.
The place also quite which makes me peaceful during my rest after the trips.
The receptionist is very humble and informative.
Only 2 thing which were missing: there was no toothbrush nor toothpaste. The rest was complete.
Overall, i felt no regret staying in Galatia Villas.

Erittäin tyytyväinen tähän hotelliin, kustannustehokas ja pidensi oleskelua vielä yhdellä yöllä. Hotelli on kalliohotelli, ja voit istua pienen uima-altaan äärellä ja nauttia merinäköalasta. Kävelyreitti Firan kaupunkiin kestää noin 15 minuuttia kalliota pitkin ja sieltä avautuu meri- ja kaupunkinäkymä. Vuokrasimme auton ja ajoimme Oian kaupunkiin katsomaan auringonlaskua vain 25 minuutissa ja lentokentälle 12 minuutissa. Uni oli yöllä hyvin levollista.

Location was perfect if you don't mind not having ”THE BEST” view. It's a quick walk to the main streets of Fira, though uphill (a good workout to be honest), and less than a 10 min drive to and from the Santorini airport. Facilities were great, we were very comfortable. We had a balcony which was nice so we could enjoy the ocean breeze. Also, since it wasn't in the heart of the Fira streets, it was quiet so we could rest well. Recommend this place! This isn't like a resort though, it's more of a lovely place to stay if you'll be out most of the days in your stay.

Our experience at Alenor City Hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to Diana's incredible warmth and thoughtfulness. From the very beginning, she handled all my messages with genuine kindness. She took it upon herself to organize the room for our anniversary and my birthday with beautiful, heartwarming details that made us feel truly special. It is rare to find such personalized and attentive service; it truly made all the difference in our trip. The images do not do justice to the beauty and cleanliness of the facilities. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back every time we stay in Naxos!

Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed.
Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel.
Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you.
Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party.
Negatives:
While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality.
Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out.
We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

RRapidFly酒店很美，特別是風景，屋子是地中海風格。酒店的服務也特別好，我在WhatsApp上聯繫客服他們也會及時有迴應。還有一個很重要的一點，聖島上很多酒店就是不同的房型會在不同的位置，所以要在機場下來之後就要聯繫酒店的人了，否則會很難找到位置。至於他們的早餐，他們會每天大概九點左右會派人送過來，記得沒吃完的話一定要放冰箱，否則會有很多的螞蟻（親生經歷）總體而言還算不錯的。

We were told that the room we have booked isn’t available early, so we could upgrade to another room & get early check in option. We agreed. When we checked in the room didn’t look like any upgrade, as it was pretty basic. Also, if these are how most of the rooms are, they aren’t great. The room had a stair to go ‘up’ where a tiny bed was places, and the ceiling was so low that even a 5-foot height tiny person like me would bump her head. The stairs aren’t too safe, so if you have to walk down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom below the bed area, you better be fully awake & cautious if your steps.
Shower didn’t work properly with hot/cold water. I couldn’t wash my hair, had to quickly get out of the shower.
I would have preferred, if they just told us there was an extra charge for early check in.
In case I’m wrong, and this room was indeed an ‘upgrade’ then I don’t know what the basic room will be. Can’t imagine what would be even lesser. Maybe no window / balcony.
The swimming pool was closed, probably because it was still cold when we went.
The property looks nice though, it’s just 10 mins taxi ride from the city square. The rooms have a balcony & peaceful view as there aren’t too many buildings around.
It’s quite & clean. Just that the rooms are too basic & the tiny bed in tiny space was uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It was claustrophobic for me. Couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t bathe well. But I did enjoy sitting in the balcony & sipping my tea in peace.

Heillä on mukava mannermainen aamiainen joka aamu, ihana uima-allas, joka sopii aikuisille ja lapsille. Suloisin henkilökunta, mutta rakennuksen sisustus näyttää hieman vanhalta, ehkä he palkkasivat iäkkään suunnittelijan. Siitä huolimatta wc on varustettu, heillä on vedenkeitin huoneessa, minijääkaappi, kahvia ja teetä. Sanoisin, että se on neljän tähden hotelli, jos se ei ole lakanoita varten! Sänky viisas, tarpeeksi mukava nukkua. Olin kolmen hengen huoneessa ja minulla oli jopa mukava oma parveke! Jokaisen tähän hotelliin käytetyn pennin arvoinen, kun otetaan huomioon kohtuullinen hinta!

Pros:
- The deluxe villa was amazing! The interior design looked great.
- The room was clean and spacious.
- Apivita amenities were provided.
- The air conditioning was strong and comfortable.
- The loudspeaker worked very well.
- The hot tub jacuzzi worked well but it’s still not hot enough if you want to use it after the sunset.
- The breakfast was good.
- The common pool was great with a nice view.
- We enjoyed the signature cocktails at the bar.
- The staff were very helpful, and were willing to solve issues whenever it’s needed.
- The WhatsApp communication was effective.
Improvement:
- There are so many stairs to get to the room.
- The shower may not have hot water at night.
- The WiFi was not stable.
- The common pool closed at 6pm due to the restaurant.
- The menu of the restaurant shall be reviewed. The taste was at the lower bar of average, and the options were few.
- Since we were in honeymoon, the hotel offered some celebration options. The proposal of these offers were good, but can be more considerate regarding personalisation, allergy and preference.
- Do not having parking, and not easy to find, make sure you have your map set before heading to the hotel (no signal in the area).

VVieraskäyttäjäEverything about this place is divine! The street you drive down is a skinny windy street covered in flowers leading you to the most scenic view of the ocean in Paros. The front entry with the tables for the resteraunt next door is stunning, the beautiful stairs down to the pebbly beach where the waves lapping over the rocks could put the fussiest baby to sleep. When you walk in you are greeted by the happiest and most hospitable ladies you could wish for who tell you all the great spots around the island and would help you with anything. Then you have the actual room, ours was the deluxe triple room it has a kitchen with table and all you need for making your own food and a fridge big enough to fit everything. The bathroom and shower were a great size and the washing machine was a god send to get all our washing up to date. The beds were comfy and the room spacious enough to move around. The aircon worked perfectly and the balcony was the place to sit and watch the world go by. You would think it couldn’t get better and then you get asked what you would like to choose to be cooked for breakfast! The food was amazing, each day everything was fresh even the breads and croissants you couldn’t want for more. I would come back in a heart beat, our family adored this place and it will be etched in our hearts with the memories we made there.

Добираться пешком в светлое время суток легко и приятно: вдоль моря ведет красивая тропа. Но вот после наступления темноту придется ехать или на такси, или идти по темноте. Тропа вдоль моря и частично проход по дороге не освещаются.
В отеле всегда вкусный и очень разнообразный завтрак ”шведский стол”. К сожалению, я многое не ем, но то, что все же ем, мне очень нравится. Есть и разные виды омлетов, много овощей, грибы, оливки, фрукты, закусочные бутербродики с помидорами и сыром (высший пилотаж!). Это из того, что я ем)) А еще - много всякой выпечки, пирожных, сосиски, ветчина... Короче, голодным никто точно не уйдет, даже я со своими ограничениями и диетами😄
Номера уютные, чистые, на ресепшн приятные, вежливые работники.
Территория красивая, бассейн огромный, как зеркало, повсюду живописные пальмы. Море рядом, пляж шикарный, закаты показывают каждый вечер по расписанию один лучше другого)
P.S. Опять больше всего про еду получилось🤣
