What a wonderful experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is extremely clean and tidy, and such a filling and delicious breakfast. The staff are very attentive and we appreciated their smiles!

The hotel is about a mile or so from the City centre and on a side road. I found it was very clean and the room was comfortable. There was a good shower and tea and coffee to drink. The staff there do an excellent job and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. I would visit again for sure.

DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City was exactly what I needed during my business trip. Comfortable, reliable, and quietly kind. From the moment I arrived, the check-in was smooth and welcoming, and that first warm cookie felt like a small but genuine gesture of care after a long journey. The location is convenient, close to the city centre yet peaceful enough to rest. It made moving between meetings and personal time easy, something I truly appreciated. The room was modern, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the lighting soft, and everything worked perfectly. It was not about luxury, but about thoughtful comfort that helps you recharge. Breakfast offered a good variety and the restaurant had a calm atmosphere that made mornings feel easy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. What stood out the most was the consistency. Every part of the stay felt dependable and well cared for. That sense of steadiness made it easy to relax and focus on the purpose of the trip. The reception staff were friendly. There were easy directions for street parking. The room was basic but cozy and for the money it was good. I had use of a kitchen to make a hot drink but I could’ve brought food to cook if I wanted to. There was no free Netflix. It was in the middle of a university campus which I didn’t figure, but despite being freshers week and the students partying most of the night I was still able to sleep, despite needing the window open because the heating was on. The chocolate croissant was delicious.

Ample parking. Sheffield is a bit misleading it's a 30min drive. It's southbound but only a short drive to turn onto northbound. Reception helpful and friendly 24hr. Free parking, rooms clean and beds comfy. Shower and bath work well. A decent place for a night stopover.

WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊

Greeted by very friendly staff upon arrival. Was pleasantly surprised to find that u had been upgraded to one of their business class rooms. Very spacious room with lots of complimentary treats. Great value for money and in a pleasant location. Would stay here again!

The best hotel we stayed at during our holiday in the UK. Exceptional room, grounds, service and breakfast. It was also somehow the lowest price hotel we stayed at.
