We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, location and staff were perfect. Enjoyed the breakfast too however the hotel itself needs some upgrade and renovation works.

Hotel is where the marina is. So it is nice. It is also the opposite end to where the castle is. Fortunately, Caernarfon is not very big. It's a nice 10 min walk along the coastal castle wall. What's unfortunate is that our toilet smells of urine and that the hotel doesnt really have a drop off drive way. The hotel uses public carpark for guests, so imagine when it rains. Reception is 1 floor up. More like a cashier counter. All in all, stay was fine, just a little ”piss” off with the smell in the bathroom.

Really clean room, good service at the front desk but the aircon is like a cement mixer unfortunately :-( if they sort that out then it’s a perfect stay! Also parking is non existent you need to put your car in a council car park and hope it doesn’t get broken into! Btw don’t stay in a room opposite the travel lodge as you will be away all night! Other than that no issues.

Beautiful location. Owner was very friendly and helpful. My husband stayed in luxury room with Seaview. He was on a business trip. They made his stay very comfortable. Parking was sorted from the moment he arrived. I would give 5* to the hotel service and overall stay.

Très bon hôtel bien placé proche du centre ville. Très rustique avec un personnel accueillant et un choix au petit déjeuner très varié. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Paar contre le nom de l'hôtel et le logo qui y est associé prête à la controverse.

VVieraskäyttäjäFrom the moment we walked into the Tilman we were greeted with a big smile and very friendly staff . We were given an up grade which was a lovely surprise. The bath and shower were big and lots room . The beds and linen very comfortable, the towels were thick and fluffy . Lots of tea coffee milk in the room fridge with comp water 👍👍. Very clean room snd hallways . Breakfast my word was fantastic value and great choice 2 courses .
The waitress at breakfast was so nice and very pleasant. We will definitely stay again and recommend. 10/10

RReediFriendly family run hotel a short walk from the village of Beddgelert. Continental Breakfast is included with excellent range of cooked options at a reasonable price and gluten free toast too. No dinner available but there are plenty of places to eat in the village and a short drive away. This is an ideal spot if you’re here for the hill walking. There are walks galore in every directly right on your doorstep. I only wish we had stayed an extra night.

VVieraskäyttäjäHighly recommended for a night in Bangor, probably the best choice for a budget of £100/night. Located in the university, on the hill, it has nice view over the city and the river. The room was larger than what I expected, and is clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast was good, traditional British style with a bit more choices to serve.
