1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

The room is clean and tidy, conveniently located, perfect for business trips. The front desk service is warm and welcoming, with quick check-in. The overall experience is great, cost-effective, and I will choose to stay here again on my next business trip!

El Parador de encuentra a las afueras de la ciudad de Albacete, con aparcamiento gratuito. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El personal fue muy agradable.

Locate 20 minutes car from Toledo city, much cheaper than hotels in Toledo so if you have car is a choice. Free parking nearby and they have a small parking on the ground floor that may be available. Some coffe bars and restaurant on the area. The room is clean veeery big and with a big bathtube. Compliment water provided. Check-in until 23h30 but I think they have 24 hours front desk.

Todo perfecto salvo el parking. Las plazas de la zona superior eran pocas y estaban ocupadas y me mandaron a la zona inferior que está absolutamente aislada, sin ningún tipo de vigilancia, ni siquiera una triste cámara, y a la mañana siguiente me encontré el coche lleno de vómito. Es una zona en la que el coche es fácilmente vandalizable porque está aislada y sin vigilancia.

This hotel is right on the top of the hill with its stunning views to Toledo city. Rooms are really big, clean and tidy. It has a big pool both for kids and adults. The best by far is the terrace, we could have stayed hours chilling there seeing the majestic city of Toledo. Totally recommendable.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

TTony R...We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good.
Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.

ZZiqian超出預期的好，有露台，可以看到山上的景點，有相機的這裏最好，有免費停車場，有酒吧可以早點，不貴。房間很大，床很大，衞生間也很大，住起來很舒服，非常適合度假，但要有車才方便。

VVieraskäyttäjäLocation is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress.

La habitación funcional, el colchón excelente para el descanso , las almohadas demasiadas blandas . El baño con algunos azulejos dañados. La cafetería esta bien para tomar algo y si se quiere desayunar algo más ligero que el bufett, Como hacia buen tiempo la terraza de la misma muy agradable

It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very well located. actually if you’re coming from the train station it’s very near the escalators that take you up about eight stories, saving you the stairs. that alone makes it perfect for me. It looks like it was just renovated, and had very good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well priced. And the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Right in the centre of Toledo you are minutes away from sights, restaurants etc. The room was a good size, spotless and a really comfortable mattress. Shower was on the small side but more than adequate; breakfast was waitress service which was great and there was a good choice. Staff were helpful and patient especially trying to get car into parking space for a would definitely recommend this hotel
