La instalacion de la piscina fatal: césped descuidado, hamacas rotas, sumideros rotos y sueltos, las duchas no funcionaban ni guna de las 4. No nos entregaron la habitación hasta las 18:30 porque estaba sin preparar. 30 minutos esperando para que nos habría tan la puertas del parking por la noche porque la recepcionista tenía que hacer más funciones. Ubicación excelente. La limpieza bien. Cocina bien. Atención del personal muy buena. Habitación bien. El aire acondicionado iba a ratos. Una diferencia considerable del año pasado a este. Tal y como está ahora le sobran estrellas. Tiene falta de personal.

Ubicación perfecta para visitar el casco histórico, está sólo a 5 minutos andando de la catedral. La zona es tranquila, se llega con el coche y se puede aparcar en la calle.
El desayuno, muy correcto y abundante.

Sehr gute Lage für einen Besuch der Stadt - nettes Personal - bis auf die Damen von Frühstück - frische Blumen überall - ruhig in der Nacht - Parkplatz gegen Gebühr - toller Blick vom Grundstück beim Pool auf die Gotteshäuser - Badezimmer Amaturen bräuchten eine Auffrischung - sehr gute Prudukt Qualität bei den Speisen.

我們是自駕遊，停車免費（停在酒店門口的路邊），房間寬敞，設施齊全，乾淨整潔。但是沒有牙刷牙膏，這個無所謂。關鍵是價格便宜，性價比極高。對於開車的朋友來説方便划算，離古城阿維拉很近，離塞戈維亞不到一個小時路程，值得推薦。

Довольно старый ремонт в отеле, классический Марриотт. Тапки почему-то не выдают. Хорошая косметика, есть бесплатная парковка для автомобиля, до центра пешком 25 минут. Хороший завтрак, разнообразный.

First, parking is valet.. Free... Since parking is next to the building.. 23EUR..
If u have huge luggage... Is a problem.. Need to carry about 15 steps up the stairs., although the staff offer to help.
Room is classic and super, no complaints.

Sitä varasin vanhemmilleni ja he sanoivat, että se oli yleisesti ottaen hyvää, - että he pitävät aamiaisista ja työntekijöiden huolenpidosta ja että kaikki oli hyvin puhdasta.
He pitivät ainakin siitä, että huoneen ja hotellin huonekalut olivat puhtaat, mutta olivat melko kaukana.

Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception.

And close to an area where you can eat the famous pinchos morunos, patatas mixtas and other typical tapas. On the ground floor there is a café and restaurant where breakfast is served for a separate price. Perfect attention from the people at reception, clean and tidy room, comfortable mattress. It includes a smart TV, a small refrigerator, a desk with a kettle, infusions and coffee sachets. Classic bathroom from the 90s, all marble, bathtub and bidet. Only one major complaint, this hotel cannot be four star today, maybe in the 80s/90s. Punched card to enter the room, errors in the flooring and a blind unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Yes, the price is on par with those 4 stars. The fault is not with the workers who were perfect, it is with the business group that runs the hotel, because with two stars it would be a more realistic category

This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Burgos, opposite of the incredible cathedral.
The breakfast area looks like it's a former church. Absolutely beautiful!
The good:
- Spacious room.
- Dogs welcome.
-Organic (and delicious) coffee and tea in the room (Nespresso capsules).
-Breakfast very rich and a lot of choices.
-Underground parking at 20€/night.
The bad:
-35€ for the dogs per night, might be the most expensive I've ever paid for them.
-I had an unpleasant experience with the man working at the breakfast area. He came up to my table and spoke fast and a lot. I understand some Spanish but it was too much. He saw that I didn't understand and said “no comprende” and left. Very rude!
By observing the other tables I understood that he was asking if I wanted to order something from the kitchenand listed all the different options. It would have been nice to do that!

I really enjoyed my stay at NH Hotel in León. At first, I was a bit disappointed to get a room with a city view instead of the main square. But it turned out to be a good thing — the square is full of bars and restaurants, so it gets very loud until late at night. Also, the square was under construction, so I was actually happy to avoid the noise and mess.
The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There were a few hairs in the shower, but overall, everything felt tidy. I loved the small details — like the nice selection of teas (4 different flavors!).
The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the city center, which makes it easy to explore León on foot. A big bonus was the secure parking right inside the hotel — very convenient if you're traveling by car.
Would definitely stay here again!

VVieraskäyttäjäThere is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely.

VVieraskäyttäjäThis hotel was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous bath, the staff (especially Sergio) were lovely and accommodating. When we arrived we had two single beds instead of a double, but they kindly remade it into a double for us immediately. The view out the window was also beautiful and the location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. Will be recommending to friends.
The only negative was the breakfast, quite expensive for what you get. For ordering you can basically only get eggs. Great if you love eggs but not so much if you don’t 😂 but still lovely.

Location was great for us as we needed to stop for the night on our way to Portugal. The bed was really comfortable and big, we slept 2 adults and a 2 year old really well.
The place was also super clean, as I arrived I took my shoes off and my feet were as clean as before, no dust or any dirt anywhere.
The only downside for us was the bathroom state, it definitely needs work done to it, the shower was almost coming off the wall and the black mould on the walls really put us off.
