Marta is a great host and the cleaner Chris are really helpful. Marta provided great company, conversation, and knowledge about the cultural history and make up of Belmopan as well as the rest of the country. The bed was comfortable, the space is clean, and the vibe is very relaxing. Hacienda is right across the street from an affordable neighbourhood grocery store that carries a lot of items that you would need during your stay and it is also not far from the Belmopan bus terminal by taxi if you want to take local transit to get around.
Would definitely encourage anybody to book with Marta!

This place is really beautiful. The operation is smooth, professional and friendly. The food is delicious, the drinks are good and the view is amazing from the pool to the restaurant deck. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My wife and I had a very nice stay, it would be good for small groups and friends too!

Hotel agradável e localizado no centro de San Ignacio, próximo da parada de ônibus e de vários restaurantes. A varanda com piscina é agradável para passar fim de tarde. Apesar de não ter café da manhã, oferecem café preto com bananas, o que é um diferencial para quem parte muito cedo nos passeios

This beautiful hotel is located in among the trees. You can hear and see all sorts of wildlife including howler monkeys and vultures. It has a lovely swimming pool with a jungle view. Our room was spacious,and comfortable with a deck overlooking the jungle. We ate in the restaurant which was good and not too bad price wise taking into consideration what I now know of the rest of Belize. We wished we could have stayed here longer but we were just passing through.

Bon hôtel mais un peu éloigné de la ville et un peu trop près de la route. Évitez les chambres de première catégorie qui ne sont pas terrible par contre les chambres de catégorie supérieure sont formidables. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Le service est bon en général. En conclusion je recommande cet hôtel 😃😃🙂😃

VVieraskäyttäjäWe loved our stay at Maya Mountai Lodge. It was so quiet and chilled, we could properly wind down at the end of a day spent seeing all the Maya sites ATM caves etc. It's a fab location, close to town for the markets and along the route for so many of the best stops and supermarkets. We had a car and onsite parking was never a problem. Staff were super friendly and ready to help.
The kitchen was incredible and had everything we needed for home-made meals! A full size fridge freezer with ice ready for us, as well as an oven, blender, microwave etc. Even having salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee facilities and bottled water was really appreciated.
The room had a super comfy bed and table and chairs to eat at. It was a little on the dark side as all windows were covered but we didn't spend much time in there.
We came in January and found the mornings and evenings cool, in amongst the canopy, so make sure to bring so longer sleeves/trousers so you can sit outside in your hammock or walk one of the nature trails. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for those looking for a rustic-chic place in the jungle.

Location is right next to the river where you can take a cool dip, and just a four minute walk across the bridge from town. Supermarket across the street, and lots of great food options nearby. The staff are awesome and have a lot of local information.
