The hotel does not match the photos shown on the app at all. The room looked very different in reality, which was quite disappointing. The bathtub is extremely small and not comfortable to use. There was also not a single bottle of water provided in the room. When we called to ask about it, we were told to collect water from the reception ourselves, which is inconvenient for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations based on the listing.

Ótimo custo benefício. Ainda recebemos um upgrade do quarto na recepção. Eu tinha reservado quarto com duas camas de solteiro, e o recepcionista muito simpático nos ofereceu o quarto com cama de casal. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, servido no hotel em frente San Raphael. Embora seja um hotel antigo, que necessita de ajustes, foi uma ótima experiência. Voltarei com certeza, pelo bom atendimento e boa localização, bem no centro, pra quem vai em eventos. Pra quem chega de carro, o hotel tem estacionamento, com um custo adicional.

The breakfast is also worth mentioning: it’s delicious, varied, and included in the stay. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos Airport offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and high service standards. I would gladly stay here again and confidently recommend it to other travelers.

Não é a primeira vez que ficamos hospedados no Colômbia escolhemos ele novamente por já conhecer a única coisa que dessa vez deixou muito a desejar foi o café da manhã até no domingo último dia nosso o café estava razoável mas no primeiro e segundo dia acho que até por menos hóspedes o que não justifica porque a qualidade do atendimento independente de números tem que ser sempre o mesmo inclusive meu genro foi pedir leite a atendente falou que não tinha isso é inaceitável para uma rede de hotéis que oferece um serviço na estadia e não cumpre 100% espero que voltem a ter a mesma qualidade de atendimento independente da quantidade de hóspedes

The service was poor compared to other Novotels I stayed at and the amenities were quite poor. It was the first hotel that didn’t provide basic things like drinking water or tissues in the room, quite disappointing.

Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

A reasonably priced hotel in a very central location, easy to reach with public services and Uber. The surrounding area is walkable and full of restaurants and services. The internal restaurant allows you to eat without even leaving the premises. My room provided a real working area. There is a small rooftop swimming pool, enough to relax.
