If you need to eat in the restaurant of this hotel be prepared for expensive and not good quality food . It was really disappointing. I arrived with 3 luggage, no one to help . If you are traveling with luggage think twice before stay in this hotel .

Não é a primeira vez que ficamos hospedados no Colômbia escolhemos ele novamente por já conhecer a única coisa que dessa vez deixou muito a desejar foi o café da manhã até no domingo último dia nosso o café estava razoável mas no primeiro e segundo dia acho que até por menos hóspedes o que não justifica porque a qualidade do atendimento independente de números tem que ser sempre o mesmo inclusive meu genro foi pedir leite a atendente falou que não tinha isso é inaceitável para uma rede de hotéis que oferece um serviço na estadia e não cumpre 100% espero que voltem a ter a mesma qualidade de atendimento independente da quantidade de hóspedes

Traslados à Basílica e visita noturna inclusa são os diferenciais!  A proximidade à Cidade do Romeiro e ao Caminho do Rosário tornam a hospedagem ainda mais proveitosa. Adorei a hospedagem e fiquei encantada com a organização dos locais para visitação e principalmente com a lindíssima Basílica.

Hotel is alright for a night stay. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful, the restaurant also is quite nice and the breakfast was definetly thr highlight of it. But the rooms are too worn out, furniture looking old, bedsheets with some stains, towels too thin, shower water was very little. Staff was nice, but checkin took a long time for no apparent reason.

The location was perfect for Blonco! I took an Uber to visit a few monuments, and it was such a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, and they made fresh omelets just for me. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made my stay even better!

The hotel with free shuttle service is perfect for air travelers who need a night of rest. We appreciated the 5:30 am shuttle. There were about 12 of us who were on that shuttle, meaning that 12 of us could not enjoy a coffee and a piece of bread since the dining room didn't open until 6 am. Otherwise, the hotel experience was very good!

Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

Minha estadia neste hotel foi simplesmente ótima. Desde o atendimento atencioso da equipe até o conforto dos quartos, tudo contribuiu para uma experiência muito agradável. As instalações são bem cuidadas, o ambiente é limpo e acolhedor, e a localização também é excelente. Além disso, o café da manhã é espetacular, com muita variedade e tudo muito saboroso. Certamente voltaria e recomendo para quem busca conforto e qualidade.
