Very good hotel for small money!!! Bit old but everything is working. I paid cheap 25e per night for two person with breakfast so for this price quality was excellent!!! If you dont expect too much for sure u gonna be happy!!!

One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

Suuri paikka, suuri sijainti, aivan rannalla, hyvä aamiainen. Se on vanha hotelli selvästi rakennettu rannalla ensin kauan sitten, mutta saat näkymät ja lyhyt etäisyys.

The hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the strip. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

Atendente completamente perdida no check in. No check out tentaram nos cobrar consumo no restaurante, sendo que nem sequer entramos no restaurante. No café da manhã anotaram um café a mais, sendo que estávamos apenas 01 casal. Porta do box não fechava, estando desalinhada e ao tomar banho molhava fora do box.

I've stayed in the hotel a couple of times, its location is great, the employees are extremely well mannered and polite.
Travelling with the wife and a baby, they were able to provide the baby bed and washing basinet.

adorei a estadia, lugar bem localizado, vim pelo maps, e me jogou em outro local, encontrei com o waze. Comida gostosa, cama e travesseiros perfeitos, entramos no quarto e o cheiro estava maravilhoso, tudo muito limpinho e organizado, com certeza voltarei e indicarei!

NNiefaBeach front property on probably the best part of the strip. Hotel is a little dated, but its location is amazing. Has pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Decent sunbathing options. They do have a sauna but didn’t use it as was told to go reception for some odd reason and then couldn’t be bothered to return again. Overall decent Hotel did ask for an Ocean view room but wasn’t given one even thought only one was being used on the last day I stayed.

VVieraskäyttäjäAccessing the hotel from the airport is a little inconvenient, as the best way there by road includes a ferry. The location felt safe.
The room was spacious and clean. The lighting, however, left the room a bit dark.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visit Navegantes again, I would definitely stay here.

LLainapI cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

VVieraskäyttäjäI had requested for 9 am check in and 9 pm check out because I had traveled by night bus to reach in the morning and again night bus to travel back. I had a business meeting. The young lady at the reception was not able to speak English but with the help of a translator she helped a lot. For some reason the coffee vending and cold drink vending machine was out of order on 11th Feb 2026. But the reception lady guided me to a nearby coffee shop. The room was clean and the common bathroom and toilets were clean. Overall happy. I will come back again.

VVieraskäyttäjäGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

VVieraskäyttäjäI learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel is in a very good location. I stayed there 3 different times and the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is pretty standard and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. I would stay there again, it is comfortable and convenient. Wish all room categories would have robes and slippers available.
