I have get a free upgrade of my room. I have had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and it was great and also fast. The room was very clean and was very comfortable and modern.

Beautiful Castle Hotel make even greater with the use of good quality products within the room. A fantastic stay which included the private use of wellness facilities (has to be reserved), drinks in the mini bar and a nespresso machine.

Zeer goed hotel. Geweldige locatie. Centrum direct om de hoek. Parkeergarages op zeer korte afstand.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Brasserie met mooi terras. Uitgebreide drankenkaart en ruime keuze wat betreft maaltijden.
Uitstekend ontbijt.
Prima kamers. Fijne bedden.
Ben hier vaker geweest, steeds tevreden.

POS: Very central location; large property in historical building; very quiet; AC in rooms; nice design of bar area; thoughtful design of fairly sizeable rooms; comfi beds and bathrooms; free use of (good) coffee machine in reception area; free supply of drinking water; overall good price-quality ratio for BEL.
NEG: No gym or pool; no fridge in rooms; quite surprised to see dogs walking around in corridors... and walking into neighbour's room, with the odd little bark once in a while as a result. Being allergic to dogs made me wonder... Management should at least inform, and ask, and perhaps organise better (rooms for dogs clustered somewhere?)

Het hotel was prima. Echter was het erg warm binnen en was er geen airco. Ook was er helaas geen water koker aanwezig in de kamer.

Badkamerlamp achter spiegel flikkert, moeilijk om te schminken
Verwarming airco wordt niet warm; gelukkig die in de badkamer wel. Was dus wel voldoende.
Aangename kamer (105) en lekker ontbijt.

CCindy Y.The hotel is pricey for what it offers. Modern architecture with glass, beautiful hall with a classy Christmas tree and restaurant that fullfil 4 stars. But the king room (more than 200 euro per night ) was like 3 stars max.. Basic interior and materials. Slippers were missing which the receptionist promised to bring but didn't happen. The bathtub was scary, black pieces came out when we turned on the bubble function. After the water drained, we saw what was there...
The swimming pool had a sewer smell where there were holes for water...
Would not return.

0013GPremium looking room. Big TV, mini-fridge, spacious and beautiful bathroom. Welcoming drink on arrival.
Bed mattress is too soft. 2 small pillows are too small and uncomfortable to sleep on and should be replaced for bigger and better ones.
Air conditioning is practically non existent, some noise and not sufficient cooling. When the weather is hot outside, the room is like a sauna and torture to sleep in.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel has a great location. Very central to all the restaurants. The hotel is clean and the check in process was smooth. The only downside is there’s no parking onsite so you need to find surrounding parking area. We were lucky to find a nearby parking and because it was Sat evening it was free after 6pm and all day Sunday.
Overall a great stay.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe verbleven 2 dagen in het hotel. Zaterdag op zondag pas om 0300 uur kunnen slaap aanvatten door lawaai van omliggend café en luid roepen in de straat. Ontbijtbuffet werd niet regelmatig aangevuld. We moesten vragen om bv fruitsap, charcuterie en/of ander beleg. Als het dan werd aangevuld werd het gewoon met de handen op schaal gelegd rechtstreeks uit de plastic verpakking. Niet zo hygiënisch dus. De nacht van zondag op maandag zeer goed geslapen daar nabijgelegen café toe was. Ontbijt was beter.
