Very big and comfortable room. Only thing is that the carpark is almost 500m away and if you don't want to walk, will need to pay $75 for valet parking. Otherwise, highly recommended.

The location is in the city - easy to find, however on the weekends the city centre is all but closed. The hotel did not reply to my emails before arriving with questions and requests for my stay. They provide filtered water in the restaurant which is great, however housekeeping never removed the bottles when they cleaned. They also changed my towels each day - despite the sign saying to leave them on the hook if you didn't want them changed. The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and too big. Overall it was ok, clean enough and easy to find but I wouldn't return.

Courtesy bus service from all airport terminal, excellent restaurant. Rooms are well equipped and exceptionally clean  Staff are always available to with a smile  Definitely worth booking if you’re begging or ending your vacation

Jos aiot matkustaa junalla tai bussilla sekä keskustassa että sen ulkopuolella, suosittelen lämpimästi hankkimaan julkisen liikenteen kortin nimeltä SmartRider. Voit ostaa sen lentokentän juna-aseman asiakaspalvelupisteeltä, joka sijaitsee aivan lippuluukun vieressä. Kortti maksaa 10 AUD (ei palauteta), ja lisäksi voit ladata kortille haluamasi summan. SmartRiderin käyttö antaa 10 % alennuksen jokaisesta matkasta. Alennuksen jälkeen: Matkustaminen yhden vyöhykkeen sisällä maksaa noin 3,15 dollaria per matka. Vaikka sijainti ja kulkuyhteydet ovat erinomaiset, haluaisin vilpittömästi jakaa joitakin parannuskohteita: Valaistus: Huoneen valaistus oli hyvin hämärä, mikä teki tilasta synkän koko oleskelumme ajan. Kirkkaampi valaistus tekisi suuren eron. Vedenpaine: Sekä kuuman että kylmän suihkun vedenpaine oli hyvin alhainen, mikä teki suihkussa käymisestä epämukavaa. Ilmastointi: Ilmastointi oli heikko. The room was OK, but considering the cost, over £200 per night for what is basically a Travel Lodge by UK standards, I expected it to be a lot better. The bed was comfortable, fixtures and fittings utensils etc.. were basic. Unfortunately we had to change rooms as the TV is all internet based and it was not possible to watch anything in the 1st room as the internet was so bad, we heard others complain about poor internet as well. Unfortunately in the 2nd room, the to programmes we watched did buffer quite a lot as the internet signal was very up and down.

The hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness.

Mountway Hotel Apartment: A Budget Gem for Asian Travelers in Perth I recently stayed at Mountway Hotel Apartment in Perth, and I must say it’s one of the best options in its price range, especially for Asian travelers looking for a long-term stay with self-catering facilities. Location: The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s just 1.1 km from the central train station, and you can hop on free bus services like the Red CAT, Blue CAT, or Green CAT, with stops only 100m to 250m away—perfect for easy commuting. Behind the hotel lies the stunning Kings Park and Botanic Garden. If you don’t feel like walking the 300m to get there, the Blue CAT will drop you off effortlessly. The accessibility to public transport and nearby attractions is a huge plus. Cleanliness: While the exterior might look a bit dated, the interior is surprisingly spotless. I booked a room for two, but the bedding and pillows provided were enough for four, which was a nice touch. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the cleanliness. Facilities: The private kitchen was a highlight—equipped with a rice cooker, pots, pans, a toaster, a fridge, and enough cutlery, plates, and utensils for four people. They even provide coffee, which I appreciated. However, there are a few downsides: the electric stove is small and outdated, making cooking a bit slow. Also, there’s no salt or basic seasonings provided, nor chopsticks, which might inconvenience Asian guests. The bathroom features a very clean bathtub, but it lacks shampoo and body wash, so you’ll need to bring your own. Despite these minor drawbacks, I’d still rate Mountway Hotel Apartment as the best value for money in its category. It’s practical, comfortable, and ideal for Asian travelers who want to stay longer and cook meals to suit their tastes. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience in Perth!

Everything was excellent except for the parking it’s a bit of a walk, not the end of the world but a long walk and when I was there a car had run into a sign outside the front of the shopping centre which meant I couldn’t access the car park through the shopping centre and I had to go the whole way around the block. It was night time there were people around it was just a bit normal not a dealbreaker but be aware of that. The standout was the staff. They are brilliant. Nothing is too hard, they are polite and happy actually one of the best experiences I’ve had and I stay at a lot of hotels and I’ve done so for a lot of years Oaks Perth whatever it is that you’re doing as far as Training is concerned and dealing with your staff you are doing a brilliant job. They all seemed happy and contented and not one person made me feel like they were just at work. They really impresses me with positive attitudes and genuine helpfulness so well done for that. My only negative is the stupid car park. Other than that you guys are ticking every box and kicking goals. Keep it up

The hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.
