Хороший, просторный номер. Были в конце апреля, на улице было холодно и в номере включили отопление, поэтому находится было очень комфортно, спасибо! Отличный завтрак, после него можно не обедать) Небольшой минус: на территории нет парковки, поэтому машину нужно оставлять в переулке у отеля, но машины там ездят редко)

We completely enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. The stuff was friendly and helpful. When we encountered any problem they found an immediate solution for it. Huge thanks to each of them especially Mrs Hermine who went above and beyond to make us feel part of a big family. We stayed in the family room. The room was clean. We had a beautiful view to the swimming pool. Breakfast was finger licking delicious. Cakes are must to try. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and absolutely loved it. It’s a bit pricy but worth it. Among other leisure activities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and table tennis) water aerobics and yoga are must to do at this hotel! While doing yoga at the open air terrace, you enjoy not only the process of yoga but also the nature. Overall, highly recommended!

It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Amenities are as expected of a guest house- no slipper, basic toiletries , no kettle and tea/coffee making. However, this is provided in the shared kitchen. Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre. The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate.

I booked the room on the top floor, attic, but it felt really cool and comfortable even though there was no elevator, so you had to walk five floors. I went there on a rainy day, so it was not convenient to see everything around me. This place is perfect for long-term relaxation. Especially, it has a really great hot water pool.

Great view , fresh air the hotel located 4km from the town have buses also near to hotel 1hr walking you get great views some local shops , Rooms are great & clean Breakfast also good They have restaurant & sauna also try

It was our second time to stay in this hotel. I like the location, because it's overlooking the beautiful scenery of Dilijan. It is not far from the city center, and there are two markets nearby. The room has a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. There also is a nice garden which will be wonderful in a better weather conditions. There is a night lamp and a charger at the bed. I enjoyed our visit here, and definitely will come back in summer.

Прекрасный отель, сногсшибательные завтраки, потрясающий вид на горы, утром можно выйти на балкон, послушать пение птиц. До центра Дилижана мы ездили на яндекс такси, 300 драм. У нас в стоимость входило посещение спа, но мы не брали купальные принадлежности, поэтому не могу оценить, завтраки покупали 22000 драм на двоих за два дня, но они того стоят. Магазинов рядом нет, надо ехать в центр, на такси 5 минут. В номере есть все, что нужно: вода каждый день, чай, кофе, чайник, тапочки, полотенца, халаты, зубная щетка и паста, шампунь, гель для душа, фен. Отопление в номере есть, включается индивидуально. Единственное, чего мне не хватило - это почувствовать армянское гостеприимство, никто нигде не улыбается, кроме женщины в ресторане, но это небольшой минус, в остальном все прекрасно.
