It was a very good hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel whenever I come to Zurich again. Very polite, very friendly and very efficient staff. They do all your work. Here I would like to thank ( fanni ) for helping us a lot and doing everything she could to ensure we had a good stay.

房間很大，酒店是以各種音樂樂器為主題，很特別！ 位置在一個丘陵上，早餐也很不錯！

Haartrockner vom Hotel war ein EU Stecker, Stecker im Raum CH….nicht kompatibel.  Gepäck bis zum Zimmer dauerte 1h10min. Zimmer so klein das der Koffer kein Platz hatte ”Abstellmöglichkeit“

性價比還是比較好的，但是房間較小，記得自備拖鞋！

The hotel had a beautiful decoration, the location is perfect not far from the city.  I was very well treated by the team. Grateful for the experience. Much success, VP

房間很好很乾凈，房間電話不好用很奇怪。服務熱線連接的杜拜等待時間太長，接駁服務體驗不好。泳池spa還不錯。

比想象中好很多，酒店在半山腰，景色很美，服務很好，但是忘了拍照片了。下次有機會再繼續入住，謝謝酒店的服務

Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you don’t want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!

是偏豪華的酒店，不錯

這個酒店臟，下水道堵塞！亂，差，員工素質差，還要亂收費，公開搶錢？是個黑店，從來沒有碰到過這種酒店？ 怎麼評的五星？ 這種沒有職業道德的酒店遲早要倒閉，太***了，我在trip訂了兩晚，而且全額都付款過了，還要莫名奇妙扣了錢，是**行為，可恥之及！太噁心了！

這間房非常滿意，就是我之前説的，他在主樓面積很大，對於歐洲來説，四十幾平的房真的很少，酒店環境很不錯，還有健身房，遇到問題攜程立馬就解決了，這點真的非常好，如果想住好性價比高的，可以選擇這個酒店
