The apartment might had been almost perfect, a part from the tiny double bed. But I can survive this. The problem is that there were important defects and NO (I repeat: NO) help of any kind from the organization (not even an answer to my email messages). The microwave was ancient and with a broken display (you could not know if cooking for 1 min or 10...). The window on the terrace could not be closed, so the room freezed... There was a continuous noise all day and night from the heater. But what made me really upset is the absolute absence of the organization (VISION apartments). The first time I just received an answer like "Thank you for your suggestions..." to my claim. If they used ChatGPT the quality surely would have improved. When I insisted asking, at least, a mail saying "We are sorry", nobody ever answered. Morale: I am a frequent visitor to Zurich: mu next trip has already been reserved, but through a completely different organization. Never again with Vision
