非常好，房間很大，家庭房有2個大床，住的很舒服，是那種公寓型的，什麼都有。位置也很方面，離火車站近，出入方便。

6階の部屋に滞在しましたが部屋に大量の小さい蟻が歩いており不快でした。部屋の壁の下に隙間がありそこから蟻が入ってきていました。快適な滞在を提供するためには改善が必要だと感じます。それが以外は可もなく不可もなく普通のアパートメントホテルでした。

不是特別符合人體工學的住宿 廁所非常難洗

酒店地理位置還行，靠近火車站比較方便，酒店對面有一家泰國餐廳，吃飯味道還不錯，適合亞洲人口味，房間內有冰箱也有微波爐，想吃點東西也挺方便的，但酒店不給打掃，不建議長住

酒店雖是服務式住宅公寓酒店，但地理位置方便，離蘇黎世機場只需十多分鐘！而且酒店內有餐廳及小賣部，不錯。

前台一開始就把房間給我搞錯了，給我安排一個沒廚房的。我拖着兩個大箱子，帶着一個娃，又走下來和前台更換，然後繼續拖着箱子上去。結果我特地訂的帶廚房的房間，廚房卻用不了。服了，浪費了我在coop買的80一斤的白菜！！！但是攜程服務還是不錯，態度很好，但是這個酒店還是算了。35法郎的停車費肉疼！！

My experience with this hotel was not that pleasant. Arranged my luggage from Bern to this hotel. It was supposed to arrive on the 15th between 8am - 8pm. I arrived at the hotel around 8:40pm. When enquired if my luggage had arrived, I was informed that it not there yet. I had to call SBB using my IDD since they had no phone in the room, only to be informed that SBB had delivered my luggage on 15th at 8:50am. I went down to the reception and enquired regarding my luggage again, only to find out that my luggage was in their luggage room. The expense incurred on personal account was truly uncalled for. These could have been prevented if the front desk staff checked the luggage room when I enquired initially. On the second day, an engineer opened my door when I was in the bathroom. Maybe he knocked but I couldn’t hear. He said that he’s gonna check the window. Why check on the window when a guest is still in house? I do understand that he’s just doing his job however, this can be done prior to a guest’s stay or could have waited for the guest to check out first. The wifi is not that great too.

房間乾淨整潔

The luggage storage room can enter and exit on your own and without any CCTV, it’s not safe. But other things, especially the restaurants there was nice.
