Tolle Unterkunft und Lage
Sehr gute Lage. Tramhaltestelle vor dem Haus, See und Zentrum sehr nah und beides wunderbar zu Fuss erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder!

Do not get trap into unprofessional company. Initially they will behave very good with you. But when you leave apartment, theywill harass you. Just forget about your deposit. They will find N no of reasons to not return your deposit. They need you to clean the apartment like the way they handed you. Even after that they will charge you 500 CHF more for cleaning. Moreover, they will not come for last inspection and will charge you more for the things you did not even damage. This is very unprofessional. If you want to stay, baked in deposit in your rent. You are not going to get your deposit back.

**Innacurate Accomodation Description - Washing Machine** Our booking confirmation (see photo) stated the apartment had a washing machine, one of the key facilities we required. As it turned out, the apartment did not have a washing machine. On exploring the building, we found a washing machine & dryer on the ground floor, which you have to pay to use!! The accomodation is not cheap, and the last thing you expect is to have to pay to use a washing machine/dryer! Note: Coins are required. Who uses coins these days? But wait!, there's more!! As per the sketchy instructions, the washing machine requires/costs 2 x Swiss Francs per washing cycle. The washing cycle completes, but then you have to add aditional coins to get the machine to conduct the spin cycle! This had been the case on two seperate machines, which was confirmed by a member of staff, who incidentally, had NO interest in assisting us with the known issues. An extremely painful experience all round!

Very dirty group of people. The booking office has no values. They are inflexible. They insist that you come to the booking even if you test positive for COVID. They offer no opportunity to reschedule or obtain even a slight credit. Complete and total opportunists. Avoid them like the plague. And by the way, their facilities no doubt have a lot of COVID as they encourage you to come to their hotel even with COVID. here is a message from their front office: "Here in Switzerland we no longer have restrictions for COVID 19, even if you are tested positive you do not have to stay in quarantine. "

I was pleasantly surprised by the property. The location was very good, the tram stop was 40 seconds away, and only 20 mins to the centre of Zurich. The surrounding area was lovely. The lake was only 5 minutes away, and a lovely walk along the lake, passing various swimming areas.
I had a studio apartment on the 4th floor, which was very comfortable and large enough for two people. Had all the facilities, no normal oven though. Didn't miss it :)
