I booked this hotel from reviews online. Great location for walking through old town. The room was dorm like, but clean, just as reviews said. However, when I returned after dinner to relax and sleep, there was a continuous low hum in the room. After two hours, I called the front desk to complain. She was very polite, came up to check, could not resolve the noise, and moved me to an other room. The new room, however, faced the road instead of the courtyard, and I heard traffic and people all night long. The new room was smaller, the inside lock on the door did not work and there was an adjoining door to the room next-door without a lock on my side. Traveling solo, this did not make me feel very safe. I would have checked out and tried to move to another hotel, but I had an expensive day tour planned for early the next morning. Very nice staff, but I would choose differently.

Das Hotel liegt an bester Lage und ist rasch erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen Komfort. Die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz an der Reception ist super. Bin seit vielen Jahren Stammgast. Dank der zentralen Lage kann man zu Fuss unterwegs sein.

Beds were very firm, but otherwise ok.

Really a nice place, that I enjoyed, even if I stayed only a night here. Pleasant staff, that make you feel a friend, not a guest there. Clean room, bath, bedsheets, basic hygienic things provided. Would have never expected this much, from a 2* facility! Pleasantly surprised 💖 Quiet place, perfect for exploring the heart of Zurich! Would definitely consider coming again 🥰

Condivido molte recensioni lette in questo sito. L'hotel non offre stanze particolarmente grandi e la colazione è sicuramente migliorabile ma la struttura non ha niente da invidiare ad altre di livello superiore grazie a tutte le accortezze che lo staff presente garantisce. Pulizia (elemento essenziale in una struttura del genere), cortesia, professionalità. Prezzi assolutamente competitivi (anzi addirittura inferiori alla media). Struttura posizionata a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram nella centralissima Old Town. Particolare menzione la merita lo staff. Tutti gentili, attenti e pronti a dare una mano. Un particolare ringraziamento a Laura e al Direttore che ci hanno aiutati a risolvere un problema delicato che avrebbe potuto compromettere il soggiorno e che, invece, grazie anche al loro intervento ha trovato risoluzione in poco tempo. Grazie anche a tutto il resto del personale che si è interessato a noi e che non ci ha fatti sentire soli. Torneremo sicuramente. Tanti auguri Laura per il tuo matrimonio!!!
