The hotel was great, but trip.com really is useless. Some one pretended to be a worker from this hotel and conducted a fraud. I lost around 100 pounds. Trip.com said they had nothing to do with this, while all my information, like name, phone number, the amount I paid, and the date were all known by the fraud group…

Had a nice experience with my family. The room was quite good. We requested cleaning, but it didn’t happen throughout our stay—maybe due to a limited schedule. The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth.

現代裝修 裝修設計這塊還是不錯 典型的小型精品酒店 很多反應離火車站較遠 其實酒店後面一條街就是電車站 很近 電車是有到火車站的 站台可以買票 上車也不看票打票的 也沒碰到查票的 所以抱有僥倖心理的可以試下不買票直接上車 😂其實很方便 歐洲的酒店普遍都是在下午2點到3點才能入住 回答都是房間沒空出來 其實房間一直都空起在 但就是要到他們規定那個時間段才能入住 這點麻煩 可以寄存行李 還是可以 其它設施這塊確實還是可以 要住的話就是跟前台協商不要安排到靠近高架橋那邊 那邊噪音要大點

Very beautiful environment with the lake view, quiet location, friendly staff, very reasonable price. definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Booked 3 nights stayed during December 2024. The hotel location is not that great where cab can’t stop in front of the entrance. A bit further from Main train station. Needs to take few stops with tram. The tram station was behind the hotel about 3-4 mins walk. The bed and pillow not clean. Found hairs/dusts when check in. Didn’t provide drinking water. No slipper. If there’s option will consider the hotel nearest the main train station with similar price.

깨끗합니다, 취리히 역에서 트랭타고 5정거장 가야하는게 약간 흠입니다만 직원도 그정도면 친절하고 예의도 있습니다,

Good location. Not much service can tell but value for money as only 10 mins train to city center but a lot cheaper than you stay in the city area.

房間不太太，但是挺乾淨的，位置很好，出門就是車站，樓下還有酒吧，吃飯喝酒都很方便，也可以免費存行李，服務態度也不錯

Loved my stay - The bed was super comfy, and the room was very clean. The sauna was fab—clean, relaxing, and a real treat. recommend!

1500住的。趕上旺季了。離火車站7站吧。 但有軌電車很方便。 小哥説瑞士房間水龍頭直接喝就可以了。還是心裏接受不了。
