"Very, very poor service. As our ferry was cancelled and we were forced to leave one day earlier (after staying and paying for 2 weeks), we asked at the reception if we could have a refund for one night. She checked back with the management and told us on the next day that management approved and she only needs us to hand in the cancellation and our bank data per email. After doing so immediately, nothing happened. We asked again after 2 weeks and they told us the manager was on vacation for 3 more days and she needed to sign. So we waited 2 more weeks and asked. The manager was "still on vacation". We asked again after 2 months and they simply started ghosting us. If this is how you treat guests of several weeks then this is just poor. Mind you, 11 months have passed by and we never saw a refund. Then why did you approve in the first place? Sorry but never coming back as there is no integruity at this place. they "solve" problems by ignoring their guests."

"Me pysyimme pieni talossa kellarissa noin 150 metriä vastaanotto. Keittiö hyvin varustettu. Näytä terassista oli lyhyt ja nautimme rauhallisista paikasta. Alue on täydellinen niille, jotka haluavat paeta loma melua. Beach on hyvä uimaan."

"Brilliant hotel. Staff could not be more welcoming and friendly. Very well organised and run as a tight ship. Our car was valeted on the morning of our departure un-requested. Very clean. Large rooms facing the sea. Private beach with loads of sun loungers for small number of guests. Kettle and fridge. Small rooftop pool. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked meagre for a substantial fee (32€pp). Go down the road 200m for coffee and a croissant for €5. Le Rouf restaurant for dinner was ok, but hugely overpriced for what it delivered. Again, several restaurants within 200 m selling just as good food for half the price. Stay there and you will have a fantastic experience, but eat elsewhere."

"Kaunis asunto hyvin sijoitettu. Uima-allas on erittäin mukava. Meidän asunto oli hyvin varustettu (pesukone, astianpesukone ...). Omistajat ovat erittäin miellyttävä. Olemme olleet erinomainen oleskelu! Kiitos"

"Feel of an upscale campground, with big swimming pool, very good restaurant that serves delicious chargrilled steaks and comfortable individual lodges. We quite enjoyed our stay, tucked away from Zonza yet easily accessible. Room is clean, equipped with a small fridge and safety deposit box. Poblem is with wifi which is only present around lobby and restaurant area but at snail slow speed."
