Hotel Palisad arvostelua

Отель нам понравился, цена-качество на высоте, 5+. Завтрак вполне приличный. Номера хорошие. Златибор - хорошее место в горах в сосновом бору, здоровое место во всех отношениях. Для отдыха и поправки здоровья это то, что нужно. Поели в кафе в центре, вид хороший, больше сказать нечего. Лучше закупиться в супермаркете и перекусить сухомяткой или фастфуд. Где-нибудь отметим это кафе.

房間很大很乾凈，工作人員態度好，也會説英文，但水不是很熱，浴缸的水龍頭需要放很久才會有乾淨的水。

前台態度一般不算很熱情，辦理速度慢，房間裏面床圍框架裝飾是水泥牆很奇怪像毛坯房裝一半一樣！設施陳舊！好處就是距離廣場比較近方便走走！附近吃的就沒有好吃的了，第一家日料及難吃又換了披薩店也及難吃！

很順利入住，雖然房間小了一點，但是挺乾淨的，價格也還ok，服務也不錯，這附近看了很久的酒店，這家在當地外網評價也是最高的，所以總體還是不錯

標準房型是沒有冷氣的，另外高級房型才有！進了房間之後我們才發現冷氣的問題，然後想着升級房型。攜程兩個房型差價是150人民幣，前台説要48歐元，就是370人民幣。找了攜程客服，客服聯繫代理，最終讓我們過了一個半小時告訴我們沒辦法衹能48歐元最低升級價格。淡季加下雨酒店入住率非常低，服務還這麼死板。 另外寫的洗衣房也是沒有的。 房間設施不太好，自帶的拖鞋非常薄，毛巾也不怎麼樣。很招待所的感覺。

AC set to 24deg. Cant adjust. Like a sauna. Staff told us to open and close window to cool overheated room during the night. It is freezing outside. Up every hour? Every half hour? Ridiculous. . No tea, coffee, jug, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body cream. Several stairs to carry suitcases up before you enter and inside before arriving at the lift. Revolving (only) entry door also pretty tricky with a suitcase. Give it a miss.

Staff behavior was really poor. Generally rude from the welcome, and upon check out they tried to get me to pay for the room a second time, and were completely unapologetic about it. The hotel is old, the room was in bad shape and in need of renovation. The entire building smelled like tobacco. Overall bad experience, would not recommend.

Comfortable and quiet stay in a good location next to the lake and restaurants and also within walking distance of shops. As ever in Serbia the staff were friendly and accommodating. The evening and breakfast buffet was very nice, unfortunately I was only in this hotel for one night on a tour, I would have like to have stayed longer in this region.

Hotel is close to everything but still quiet and surrounded by tall pine trees People are genuinely kind. Zlatibor is well know for helping people with respiratory problems.

Great hotel in a super location.

The rooms were comfortable, cleaning ladies very polite, food-excellent.
