Un hotel moderno cerca del centro. No hemos dormido por el ruido del aire, y nos resecaba vías respiratorias, no se puede graduar. Encuentro que Spa del hotel debería estar incluido para los clientes pero es de pago y a parte la chica del Spa es muy borde y poco profesional. Indican en la recepción que cierra a las 22.00 y en el Spa que es 21.30 La chica empezó a recoger velas y encender la luz 21.15 y prácticamente hechando los clientes!! Fatal!!! Una actitud nefasta…. Personal del bar de la recepción muy muy bien, amables y profesionales! Parking ya que se paga debería ser cubierto al menos o subterráneo.

Hotel ma już swoje lata,ale jest poprawny.Krótki spacer do Rynku,basen na ostatnim pietrze,choć niewielki,za to z widokiem.Bar również z panorama gór i miasta.Kosmetyki w łazience,co nie jest już standardem w hotelach.Dostępne bezpłatne miejsca parkingowe w okolicy(weekend)

Nice relaxed stay All good, not so busy in the hotel. Relax zone/ SPA nice, water bit colder for a youngers, but soune nice and not packed. Food rich and sufficient, wide selection.

Lovely hotel and excellent customer service. Our stay was absolutely lovely. We had a great experience from check in to check out with all staff very helpful. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from with very good coffee! Despite its size the hotel did not feel crowded and everybody we met was lovely and very welcoming!

출장시 괜찮아요 근처는시가지에서 멀어요 대중교통은 좀 어려숴보여요 주차비 따로 10유로 예요 조식 숙소는 편안해요 청소도 요구하면 잘해줘요

It was rather suprising was the fact you came to the reception after 6th night of your stay with a list of room remarks one day prior to departure. It is hard to make a guest satisfied when given such a short notice, specially almost at the end of the stay. If we knew you were this much unsatisfied with your room, we would definitely offer a room move. I am also quite surprised to see your guest review, when upon checking out you requested financial compensation for the room remarks mentioned in your guest review. A fair compensation has been given to you in an agreed amount, where I would like to quote you "I wanted to speak you so we can handle this before I put down a bad review".

Good option available from Zilina. It's one of the best hotels accessible from zilina. The room is spacious and nice, but not soundproofed. Sounds of conversation and movement in the room next door can be felt as vibrations. The bed is old and the mattress is not level, so it is tilted or sagged. There is no free water provided in the room, so be sure to prepare it in advance. The minibar is also empty.

Nothing special, several inconveniences in room Nothing special. The room was big and well designed. Good coffee downstairs. However there were inconveniences that made my stay unpleasant. I asked for bottled water because I don't know about the Slovakian tap water. They didn't have any for me down at the reception. Then when the front desk called me they said: i found a bottle, you can come down. The room had 2 AC systems that wouldn't turn off. It was super hot in the room the whole time. I decided to unplug the AC systems as it was unbearable at some point. I couldn't sleep. Also, the matras wasn't straight so I felt like I was sliding off the bed all night. Pillows were either huge and hard or super thin. It was an uncomfortable night.

Wonderful Surprise Easy parking (paid), quick and friendly check-in! Room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Nice gym on the top floor and the delicious restaurant and bar Pancha on top floor. The service was incredible with one staff member who exemplified five-star service. This was a great stay!

Really good place to stay Really good place Nice room Friendly staff Good food +!drink Hotel car park Didn’t get chance to use gym + spar The only bad point was the AC was not working for one night - breakdown.

청결합니다. 질리나 시내에서는 떨어져 있어요. 기차지나가는 소리 들리기지만 침대는 청결했고 청소도 잘해주셨어요. 출장으로 다녀왔고 가족과 함께 가기에는 무리가 있을듯해요. 조식도 먹을만했어요. 주차는 따로 10유로씩 지불해야합니다.
