Hotel Del Pescador

Great place To stay. Clean, friendly service, great location, great view to watch the sunrise and watch the fishermen head out for the day. Hotel Is located close walking Distance to the downtown and lots Of great restaurants near by. I will return to this place. Reasonably priced as well.

Excellent staff, excellent view, excellent room. The owner and manager went out of their way to accomodate me. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to Centro They also have an amazing and creative chef. The front desk staff were very welcoming. These are good people. Thank you very much.

Location and patio make it doable! The location was good. The patio was great, the staff were very nice! But the bed was the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. So that wasn’t so good. And the room we got was no where as nice looking as the picture that is posted. It definitely needed some upgrades, maintenance and paint. But overall it was good but not great.

Hotel tried to charge me for DOUBLE payment for my 4 nights stay. I booked by Super Travel 11.june-23, and paid by Mastercard 12.june-23. I showed Hotel Voucher that said all were prepaid by Mastercard. But nothing helped. They still wanted me to pay all one more time. After 2 days with emails, that also included copy to The Norwegian Ambassedy in Mexico City, they still charge me double pay. I felt so unconfortable and UNSAFE there that l moved out. The business they do at this hotel is called Robbery. My advice if you still want to stay at this hotel is, NEVER use a prepaid hotel voucher, and NEVER pay when you arrive at the hotel, only when you check out. They try all the best to make you pay double. Its how this hotel do their business. There are many nice hotels in Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa, so just avoid Hotel Del Pescador if you want to have a nice vacation.

Said it came with water but their was only one big jug in the lobby. No cups. No nothing also said it came with toiletries got to small bars of soap. You get two pillows one thin sheet small rusty fridge,fan that is rusted and wobbly and tv. Very noisy but you are downtown. Lots of stairs to rooms. Great location and shared patio. But bring your things had to do all those stairs every morning to get a coffee. Buy coffe on the street beachfront cafes are double the price. Paid 100 pesos for two small coffee on the beach and got two large coffe and two pastries for 76 pesos on the street. Its ok for a few nights but not long stay.

Room was spacious, beds comfortable. Enjoyed the large patio overlooking the beach.
