It was our second stay with the kids and it's been paradise . The staff is friendly and supportive , Said Malik who took care of the kids created an unforgettable vacation for them again . There is nothing to complain about in this wonderful place .

La ubicación del hotel es espectacular, las instalaciones están impecables y todos los empleados son muy amables, siempre con una sonrisa. El viaje desde el aeropuerto fue muy cómodo y el trato excelente. También merece la pena destacar el paragliding, una actividad que recomendamos mucho. Entre lo más positivo, queremos mencionar a Sarra, quien estuvo con nosotros durante toda la estancia. Su atención fue impecable: profesional, cercana y resolutiva en todo momento. Una auténtica joya para el hotel. Ahora bien, a pesar de estos aspectos positivos, hay varios puntos que deben mejorar seriamente. La comida resulta excesivamente cara para lo que ofrecen. Da la sensación de que te cobran por respirar. En la playa, las raciones son muy pobres: por un wrap sin acompañamiento pagas cerca de 40 euros, y las pizzas, también a unos 40 euros, vienen con apenas ingredientes y todas parecen iguales. La variedad es mínima, y si te alojas cinco días, acabas repitiendo platos. En las cenas es donde más se nota el abuso de precios. La calidad es buena, pero hemos estado en hoteles como Soneva, Four Seasons, Banyan o Jumeirah —algunos de los mejores del mundo—, y jamás hemos pagado lo que aquí nos cobraron. No está justificado de ninguna manera. El restaurante Senses on the Edge es espectacular, pero creemos que no están aprovechando todo su potencial. El menú degustación es correcto, pero de nuevo, el precio es desorbitado. Un menú a la carta más accesible permitiría que más huéspedes disfrutaran de un lugar tan único. Otro tema que deberían reorganizar es el de las reservas y los precios de las villas. Nosotros éramos cuatro adultos y reservamos una villa que no estaba en la playa, pagando considerablemente más que otras personas que estaban en primera línea de playa en una villa más pequeña y con niños. Una incoherencia total. La atención, aunque siempre amable, necesita mejorar en eficiencia, especialmente en la gestión de reservas. Respecto a las excursiones, hicimos una de tres horas para explorar las bahías y hacer snorkel. Aunque la experiencia fue agradable, el precio ya era elevado y, además, te cobran casi 40 euros adicionales por persona para ofrecerte unas bebidas y canapés. En hoteles de este nivel, este tipo de detalles suelen estar incluidos, especialmente considerando lo que ya estás pagando. Otro pequeño detalle a mejorar sería la zona exterior del desayuno. Aunque las vistas son preciosas, hace bastante calor. Unos ventiladores o mejores sombras harían que más huéspedes pudieran disfrutar de desayunar al aire libre.

Une escapade de luxe à 2h de Dubai. L’hôtel est cerné par les montagne du Musandam. Entièrement composé de villa piscine toutes orientées en direction de la mer. L’expérience commence dès l’arrivée quand on est en haut de la montagne avant de descendre. La décoration des villas est rustique dans un style dénué de superflu mais avec tous le confort moderne. Les piscines privées sont chauffées ainsi que les 2 autres grandes piscines. Il y a des animations tous les soirs et un restaurant avec une vue panoramique sur la mer. La nourriture y est délicieuse. Je recommande fortement cet établissement qui est absolument fabuleux

Sad to leave! This was our 2nd stay and fourth for our daughter and husband and 2 amd 6 year old kids. Zighy is just perfect and the Manager has put a well oiled machine/team in place. Location is super and private, villa s are discreet and the beach is lovely. Food menu is really noce, ect,ect Leaving now and need to stop writing otherwise we ll stay!

Our wonderful agent Scott Dunn suggested this resort to us, we would have never thought of visiting Oman. From the collection from Dubai Airport to our return our stay was outstanding. The resort is breathtaking and we never tired of walking on that amazing empty beach each day. Food was very good and we especially enjoyed breakfast, the options were endless! The staff were outstanding and so personable. Our Villa was lovely, we loved the authenticity feel of it. My husband did the paragliding and micro light, which he and I will never forget! Eating at The Cliff was an amazing experience we shall never forgot, the food was wonderful and was so lovely for the chef to come out to speak with us and explain his dishes. We have recommended this resort to several people and as must to visit. A big call out to our wonderful butler who was always checking on us! Thank you Ziggy Bay we loved our stay

It was my second time in Zighy and another unforgettable experience i had!! Everything is always on point, staff is amazing! Julius was our butler and he is incredible!! He is soooo attentive and wants to make sure that you have unforgettable experience! He is hands down amazing and pay attention to the details that you can’t imagine!!! There are almost unlimited amount of activities you can find and do and they all are fun! Paragliding, boat tour with snorkeling, kayaking, water bicycling, beach soccer, badminton, archery, you name it!!! One of my favorite activity was definitely archery! Archery instructor Said was extremely attentive and helpful, he definitely take his time to engage with visitors and make the experience more fun!! If you want to just chill and relax that never gets old either!! Ziggy is a place that you will have lifetime experience!!! Thanks to everyone for making everything so special!!!!

Unforgettable and lovely experience. During arrival I spoke with Diletta and her staff. ‘Please surprise me.” They have done it all the way, special dinners at the beach , tailored experiences, friendly staff. Even a visit to a local family has been built for us. We will keep Zighy Bay, Six Senses and Oman in our hearts and memories.
