Campanile Hotel arvostelua

We chose the Campanile in Zhuji because it’s a trusted and well-known brand from our home country, France. Unfortunately, we quickly realized that the standards here were quite different. Our stay began with confusion at check-in, as the reception staff couldn’t match the room type we booked on Trip with the names in their system. After showing photos of our reservation, we were finally able to get our room. Unfortunately, the bathroom was extremely dirty — the shower area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with yellowish-brown stains on the walls and floor, moldy joints and a large amount of hair left in the drain from previous guests.(picture is the bathroom when we just arrived in the room) Overall, the facilities felt old and poorly maintained. Sadly, this was the worst hotel experience of our trip.

The hotel sits on a good location close to a huge shopping mall, and it’s convenient to go around. The room was spacious, however the room was not clean enough, especially regarding to fixations such as bathroom floors, walls, fixed furnitures, projectors, floor cushions etc, you can see they need deep clean. Service was very good, we also got our laundry washed! Overall the real downside is the cleanliness

Hygene of the hotel was not good. Our room was windowless, that was not comfortable for me personally. The window rooms are much nicer so I would definitely recommend taking a window room. Staff was nice and the hotel can do your laundry for free.

The service there is amazing! Everybody there is so helpful especially wang ayi(the cleaner) and the front door girl!

以下説下優缺點 優點:1.前台服務很好，很親切熱情。 2.酒店在一個大樓裏的高層幾層，其他層有其他公司啥的，但沒給人很亂的感覺，電梯有五部，很快。 3.房間還算舒適衞生，這個價格應該是性價比很高了，家庭房有個小孩單獨房間，雖小但相當於小複式了，對於我們這種孩子大了的太友好了。 4.交通方便，離萬豐新天地商場很近，吃飯方便。 5.早飯不能説很驚艷吧，但中西式都有了，這個價格能吃到這麼多種類，味道也還不錯的，還有咖啡機可以喝咖啡。 6.附近一個叫陶永記的麪館是真的好吃啊！！！ 再説説缺點: 1.大概打掃的阿姨不負責一些比如門啊，衞生間的玻璃窗窗簾的清潔，有些污漬感覺長期間沒人清理，電視看不了，電動窗簾已經不能遙控了。 2.燈光不夠亮，燈不能同時亮，開了床頭的就不能閲讀燈，小房間倒是比較亮堂。 總之，這個價格已經很棒了，下次還會考慮入住的

來諸暨看胡夏演唱會，因為有一個安排是去西施故里，所以選擇了這家酒店，雖然價格便宜，不過住着還挺舒適，房間對一個人來説夠大，總體算乾淨整潔，床睡起來蠻舒服，隔音效果還不錯，我沒怎麼聽到噪音，樓下和門口就有超市，所以挺方便，早餐還蠻好吃。

設施：設施設備很齊全，房間裏面佈置的挺好的，看起來很舒適 衞生：衞生打掃的很乾凈整潔 環境：去的時候正在全面升級，所以大廳和走廊是有些亂的，不過改造之後應該會好很多 服務：特別貼心，前台小姐姐叮囑的很全面，有什麼需要也會馬上來處理，體驗還是蠻不錯的，下次來還是會再次選擇的

定的家庭房，床夠大也很舒服！酒店地理位置很好，出行很方便！對面就是市民公園，方便散步曬太陽。穿過公園就到了萬風新天地，太方便了！

房間的空間挺大，牙具一次性杯子使用不錯帶包裝的，不喜歡其他地方用的玻璃杯，感覺不錯，性價比挺高，還有提供早餐

性價比高：定了個家庭房，兩個房間，一家三口挺不錯，我倆兩娃裏面的床有點小了，不過一家一起住一個套間，這個價格很優惠。 房間設施：整體都不錯，就是窗簾電動的開關沒搞懂，最後還是手動。哈哈哈 早餐：一般般，但是也是這個價格裏面的普遍水平，無過也不出彩 wifi：挺方便，房號姓氏就可以了 整體可以，值得一提的洗衣房，可提前安排好時間洗衣烘衣哦，不過我們走的時候再發現，所以寫個評論提醒一下後面的遊客

從仙居回上海經過下來過度下，酒店在一個大樓裏，這個價位性價比還不錯，停車方便，離吃飯商場地方不遠。步行十分鐘不到點。
