Rezen Hotel （Zhuhai HengQin Border and Exhibition Center Branch) arvostelua

I like how the facilities are intact and clean but just the elevator is not really working properly. 4 or them with only one works bringing the whole trip unpleasant during such a peak time in summer holiday with everyone checking in and out. Beside free parking and some EV chargers and the services aren't actually bad, i'll give it a good view for xiao Zhou. Could be better tho.

Stayed at Rezen Hotel for 2 nights. Unfortunately the room assigned, the aircon was broken and it took the hotel about 3 hours to get us a new room in the evening which was inconvenient and the hotel did not apologies. Furthermore the room was a downgraded room from my actual booking. Other than this issue, the location of the hotel is good and near Chimelong with free parking. The bathroom is well kept and big (for the more expensive room), and the facilities was good and clean. I would book again in the hoping they can provide service more quicker.

Hotel was clean, only problem is there is 2 elevators the wait time is too long and it is very slow.

Our group went for Marathon. Nice to have one set simple breakfast for us at 05:00. Our room 1602 had good window view but not have open kitchen and washing machine. Hotel was a bit far away the mall. No shops or convenience store nearby. Overall, nice hotel.

Hotel is in a quiet corner of the city, but not too far from each border point to Macau. 10 mins RMB 15 can bring you to the nearest high speed railway station.

硬件方面 硬件還不錯説明酒店在基礎設施的配備上還是下了一定功夫的，這可能是酒店比較突出的優勢。像房間的設施設備、衞生間的條件等如果都能滿足需求，至少在住宿的基本功能上能讓人安心。 服務方面 前台服務：Check - in在三樓，而一樓有人值班卻像“稻草人”，這確實會讓人感覺服務不到位。前台是客人與酒店接觸的重要環節，值班人員若不能及時、熱情地迴應客人需求，會給客人留下不好的第一印象。 酒店可能缺乏主動服務的意識，沒有營造出讓客人感到被重視和關懷的氛圍。這可能和酒店的管理、員工培訓等方面有關。 早餐很一般，這可能會影響客人一天的心情和體驗。對於去珠海長隆海洋王國玩的遊客來説，雖然可能因為遊玩而不太在意早餐，但如果早餐能更豐富、美味一些，無疑會提升客人的滿意度。 感覺酒店開完一個暑假就歇業，酒店在經營規劃上存在一些問題。比如人員的穩定性、服務的連貫性等，頻繁的人員調動可能會導致服務質量參差不齊。

因去澳門看表演，選擇了接近橫琴口岸的麗呈酒店。距離橫琴口岸車程大約10分鐘。 衛生不錯，房間乾淨。 不過洗手間的枱面有些水杯印。馬桶沖力很好。花灑水溫有時會出現過熱的情況，而切換水龍頭的手把好像有點問題，難以轉換。水壓一般。 冷氣正常，溫度和風量足夠。 中西式早餐，選擇不多且味道一般，當作維持生命就好。早餐建議還是**外賣更多選擇。 前台服務員應多加培訓。取房時沒有說明早餐時段、樓層、退房時間等資訊。雖然酒店是四星級，但服務方面比三星級的宜必思酒店還有更多進步空間。

酒店如果以硬件來說，性價比非常高，房間有洗衣乾衣機，雪櫃及廚房，非常適合長途公幹／情侶夫妻慶祝。 然而，酒店服務實在令人驚訝。首先，廚具是要收額外清潔費，但入住期間廚具是從沒有清潔，連正常提供的杯都沒有清潔。外出一整天回到房間，見到整盤使用過的碗碟沒有清潔，直接向前台投訴，當值經理話一般是在客人入住期間不會清潔廚具。之後我們再問為何沒有提供簡單清潔用品如百潔布及洗潔精，答覆竟然是我們作為住客疏忽，沒有提出要求。聽完覺得簡直係匪疑所思，呢個根本是房間衞生問題，如果每一件是都要住客去處理，那我回家住吧。面對投訴，當值經理以敷衍的態度提出免去100大元的清潔費想打發我們離開，但問題是沒有解決，第二天再外出回去，廚具依然沒有清潔，亦沒有提供清潔用品，而且清潔費是一文錢都沒有免去。 另外，房間是禁煙房間，但窗台留有煙灰，地板上的鞋印亦沒有清理走，枱面上的咖啡粉亦沒有清理，浴室亦沒有打掃。整體來說，只有補充梳洗用品及簡單清走垃圾，房間打掃極度馬虎。當我們向經理投訴，經理直接卸責給清潔同事，不負責任。 樓層有住客於公眾地方公然吸煙，當然亦不會處理。 入住期間，4部電梯，2部壞掉，1部是職員專用，只有1部是供客人使用，而整座酒店有二十多層，每層都有大約十間房，一部電梯根本不足應付人流。 其實酒店是連鎖店，今次的入住體驗簡直是不能接受，整個過程突顯出酒店的管理層不知所謂，毫無負起管理者應有的責任，遇事卸責，應變能力差。
