The hotel's staff are extremely helpful. Girls helps with luggage too. They are always courteous and ready to help. Breakfast simple but suffice enuf to fill up the tummy

Excellent location to make day trip to Macau/Hong Kong. Booked 2 rooms and stayed 4 nights here. Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff. They recommended a seafood restaurant that's a few shops away from the hotel that offered tasty food at reasonable price, we had dinner for 2 conservative nights here. Small change is exchangeable at front desk if like to take public bus.

I picked this hotel because on your website it said "Non-smoking" instead of other hotels that say "Some non-smoking rooms" or "Smoking permitted", as I am sensitive to cigarette smoke. When I arrived at the hotel, I saw an ashtray in the lobby (Photo 1), with cigarette butts in it. Then when existing the elevator on the fifth floor where our room is, there was another public ashtray in the hallway (Photo 20. And inside our room, a glass ashtray (Photo 3). Amusingly, there was also a big "No Smoking" sign, to mock me (Photo 4). For comparison, the previous hotel I was at (which was in Shanghai) has no ashtrays anywhere except in an outdoor area outside the lobby. At night the room filled with the smell of cigarettes. The next morning, I complained at the front desk, they gave me another room card to keep the ventilation on while I'm away and promise to move my neighbour who smokes. Generally, they seemed unconcerned and not at all surprised someone is smoking in the room. The next night, there was an overwhelming smell of smoke. I couldn't breathe, my eyes stung, my throat and nose were suffering, it was terrible. I switched on the AC, the air purifier, the bathroom ventilation and opened the window, but it was still unbearable. They lied about moving the smoker. I slept very badly, and woke up coughing. I had two more nights left, but I checked out early in the morning as I couldn't stand it anymore. Luckily, I was able to get a refund for the two unused nights. But the hotel adamantly refuses to provide any compensation, full or partial refund, for the two night that I did suffer in it. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to be in a cigarette smoke box.

very good location with walking distance from Gong Bei boundary. I could walk from the underground mall to the hotel directly without getting wet even i didn’t have umbrella. The hotel is clean and new. Everything is good, the only thing for improvement is that there is no wardrobe nor hanger inside the room.

It was so clean and nice stay. We really enjoyed but the pillow was a bit uncomfortable….

We had a delightful stay. This hotel is located within walking distance to the Zhuhai Macao Port as well as the Zhuhai Railway station. Rooms were clean and spacious. The on site guest laundry on the 8th floor was also very convenient. No shortage of food or shopping options. The front desk staff members always greeted us with smiles and hospitality. Outstanding customer service was received. We will definitely stay here again if we are in town.
