very good place for biz travelers

民宿的地理位置很好找，而且交通方便，周圍小吃也很多，房間有陽台，就是設施有點老舊了，洗澡水是電加熱，前台和打掃阿姨還是很不錯的

喜出望外的一次住宿，在中山石岐中心區，竟然有一間設計新穎，裝修時尚的民宿，而CP值更十分之高。 ***民宿位置優越，就在大信,新都會商圈附近， 如果乘坐中旅巴士，就可以在大信新都會廣場 下車，步行數分鐘就可到達。 ***民宿的四週圍，不但有豐富的中山美食，例如 步行十分鐘就到石岐出名的煲煲店：煲仔飯， 乳鴿。。還有脆肉鯇，雙皮奶。。。。。 除了美食更有優越的電影院：金逸影城。 總結今次兩日一夜的中山之旅，這民宿的確為我提供 了很理想的地理位置和優雅的住宿環境！！十分力推。

房間很好 投影儀有點歪

I liked this place so much I stayed two extra days. A very comfortable studio apartment complete with a washing machine and (non-equipped) kitchen on the balcony. In the middle of a vibrant neighborhood, which I prefer to being in the tourist zone, which was only a 20-minute walk away, as was the river. The people at the front desk are very kind and helpful, and there's a convenience store right in the lobby of the building. Two shopping malls quite close by. Excellent 肉夾饃 for only ¥8 right across the street. The housekeeper was friendly too.

設施還不錯，熱水不太夠用，建議熱水器容量加大一些就完美了
