"So glad we chose Qian Shou Ju, which has its own VIP access within the scenic area. We were caught in a sudden downpour, and while other tourists were scrambling for shelter, we just went back to the hotel and had a nap 😁. The hotel service is excellent; the staff are proactive in helping and asking if you need anything, which sets it apart from many other hotels in scenic spots! The facilities aren't brand new but they're clean and tidy. My only complaint: why can't the hotel help guests buy tickets? It's really hard to get tickets online during peak season, and since the hotel already has VIP access, it would be perfect if they could also help guests purchase tickets!"

Breakfast was quite average; they didn't even have basic cappuccino. However, the hotel staff's service awareness is excellent. A major plus is their shuttle service to scenic spots; today, Master Rao's pick-up and drop-off service was exceptionally warm and friendly, big thanks to him! The hotel's complimentary souvenir was very creative, showing how progressive they are. Hope to get my favorite coffee next time. Keep up the good work!"

The second day, I specifically asked them not to turn it off again, but I still woke up freezing. We checked out immediately. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel."

"The room was quite large and had a very new hotel smell, but the quality of the renovations was truly deplorable. The wall in front of the toilet in the newly renovated room was already cracked, and the painting next to the bathtub was still hanging when I first moved in, but when I came back from a trip, it had already fallen off. I won't go into that. The most outrageous things were: 1. The hotel's cleaning was incredibly slow. After midnight, the room was already available, but it wasn't cleaned. This is understandable, given that check-in was stated at 2:00 PM. However, the staff didn't clean the reserved rooms; they cleaned each one individually, and it wasn't finished until almost 3:00 AM when we moved in. Shortly after I checked in, there was a knock on the door. I said I was there, and as I was about to open the door, two men swiped their room cards and opened the door themselves. To my surprise, they said they thought no one was coming to the room and were plugging in the vacuum cleaner, and they were smiling playfully. 2. When I went to breakfast at 8 o'clock, there was nothing left. It was exactly 8 o'clock. There were only 4 eggs, and everything else was gone. The lady in the restaurant was eating rice noodles and something else she didn't notice, and she said with a smile that she thought no one was around so she didn't want to make more. Then she made some for fear that no one would eat it, so she ate it all herself. At 8 o'clock... In summary, this hotel is a B&B, right? It's a private property? There is no management system, and the staff hired by the hotel are very casual. Also, the elevator is very, very small, and it takes a long time to wait for the elevator."
