Q+ Mantingfang Inn (Zhangjiajie Railway Station Tianmenshan) arvostelua

The service was good with our early arrival. There was no problem with an early check-in as the staff were very helpful. The room otherwise was nice!

I found and killed a cockroach in my room. There was no one at the front desk when I tried to ask for a different room. I could not sign up for WeChat so I tried to contact them with AliPay but did not get a response. They refunded me the rest of my stay but did not refund me for that first night when I found the cockroach. Some other beetle like insect showed up after too.

Could be cleaner and the beds are very hard. Planes fly directly over the hotel and the windows are not really tight. Otherwise location is good and drinking water is provided every day.

El hotel se encuentra en el piso 17 de una torre de apartamentos, cuando veas la fachada tienes que acceder a un patio interior donde verás de frente como dos tubos de cristal, ahí encontrarás el ascensor. Nosotros preguntamos a una persona y nos indicó, aunque recomiendo que agregues a WeChat al dueño del hotel y él te indicará muy amablemente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y tranquila, tiene una de las mejores vistas de mi viaje a la puerta del cielo.

老闆人簡直太好啦！一來啥也沒説就給我們免費升級為最高級的山景大床房。大大的窗户可以看到天門山和索道來來往往。房間所有的設備和電器都是用的最好的，吹風機，洗手池，坐便加熱器，熱水壺。。。房間的佈局也是用了很多的心思。桌角包了軟邊，臨窗有個小吧枱可以邊看山邊喝茶吃飯。浴室做了乾濕三分離，還配有旋轉鏡的梳粧台。 老闆聽説我們想去天門山還貼心的告訴我們線路。頂樓還可以免費洗衣服晾衣服。免費寄存行李，最後走的時候還推薦我們去72七樓吃吃喝喝，這一趟住得舒心玩得盡興！這是我們住過最舒心服務最周到的酒店。

房間很大，衞生狀況也很乾凈，前台超級細心，替我們介紹景點如何遊玩，因為很晚到，停車位沒有了，前台一直等我們幫助我們找到停車地方很有耐心，好評好評，，張家界很美哦！

老闆特意留了觀賞索道的房間，很感謝。房間裏有很多古風元素，屋子裡也有花香，入住也很舒適。而且酒店離天門山景區非常近。

Рядом ж/д вокзал и автобусная станция. Номер хороший, красивый, сложности были только получить и отдать ключи ( на стойке не было никого )

房間特別大，去景點走路十分鐘就到，樓下買東西吃飯也很方便，窗外景色賊棒，對面就是天門山，這是我在張家界住得最舒服的酒店

去天門山索道步行十幾分鍾就到了，離機場也很近，夜裡會有飛機經過的噪音。

地理位置很方便，房間很寬敞，窗户直接就能看到纜車，小朋友很喜歡。房間佈置很温馨，乾淨衞生。
