Our stay was lovely. The room is spacious and well kept, with a wonderful view of the Wulingyuan scenic area. As mentioned in other comments, the staff of the inn is SUPER helpful. The boss man and lady gave us detailed instructions and suggestions for visiting the parks, which can be especially overwhelming for foreigners (the Zhangjiajie region has multiple parks with different ticket types, and the Zhangjiajie National Park is also divided in multiple scenic areas). I had booked only one ticket beforehand, and the staff helped me book the other ones with discount. The location of the hotel is also a highlight, with the hotel located only five minutes by walk from the east gate of the National Park. The downtown of Zhangjiajie is a little bit far, around 30km, but the staff also helped us in getting around the different areas, explaining the public transportation of the city and helping us with calling our "Didi" (Chinese Uber) when we needed. Would surely stay again!

位置方便，距離武陵源東門很近；樓下晚上有夜市，附近有超市和早餐，方便吃吃喝喝；洗澡水很熱乎！老闆熱情，床品也蠻舒服，性價比高！

樓下就是夜市一條街，服務也很熱情，距離標誌門也挺近

房間設施齊全，衞生環境好，服務態度很好！老闆細心周到，給合理規劃路線，買優惠門票，五星評價！五星好評，位置特別好找，離景區東門近，過來很方便！

店家的服務員服務態度熱情，對住宿人員提問不厭其煩地解說，酒店在裝修🀄️但是還是非常安靜。離天門山景區很近，非常方便。

位置很不錯、樓下就是小吃街、離東門步行幾分鐘的距離，老闆很熱情。我是先看了評價選的、説比較吵那個我覺得沒什麼問題、窗户是兩層、兩層都關上小吃街的聲音就傳不進來了，至於過道上的聲音這個沒辦法、得看其他入住客户的素養了、畢竟就算5星、碰到發酒瘋的一樣吵。有兩點覺得稍微不足：一是沒有一次性馬桶墊、二就是洗澡的蓬頭容易掉😀

Отличный отель, в отличном месте, вечером рынок с уличной едой прямо на выходе из отеля. Очень приветливый персонал. Владельцы отеля помогли нам с маршрутом и купили нам билеты в парк на два дня с хорошей скидкой. Номера чистые, убирают каждый день, меняют воду. В номерах есть все необходимое для пребывания. Помогли с вызовом такси. Очень рекомендую этот отель.
