沒有乾衣機。花灑也不是很好用。

到的時候凌晨2點了 前台小姐姐很耐心 服務超級很好 房間中規中矩吧 位置很不錯

經營者很用心，小細節考慮的很周到，設施維護也較好，用着也順手。環境見仁見智吧，如果僅從去索道站方便的角度來説，那是再好也沒有啦，周邊各類服務也一應俱全；不過需要説明的是它和其它很多類似的酒店共用一棟樓，邊上稍顯雜亂了一點。

酒店旁邊就是索道。非常的方便。好貼心的準備了蒸汽眼罩，一次性馬桶墊，還有小零食水果。從天門山下來的我們沒地方去（接我們去森林公園的車還有一個小時才到）前台小姐姐很熱情的收留了我們在大堂休息。感謝！有機會再去天門山還會入住的！

頂了兩間同款房間……凍得發抖回酒店就能感受到温馨的……周邊配套設施齊全，美食多多，交通也很便利，超開心

設施：管家貼心的準備了泡腳桶，接乘服務，小零食，簡直不要太貼心，住了三晚等待天門山的晴天，床很大，衣服也是管家洗好了再給拿過來，還升級了房子。 衞生：很好，因為起床較晚，保潔走了，管家很負責的進來簡單的收拾一下，補充用完的衞生紙，洗漱用品 服務：非常非常棒，還貼心的準備了耳塞眼罩，走的時候還給了小禮品，下次來還會首選他家 服務：棒棒棒，非常感謝管家

房間非常乾淨，櫃枱小姐姐超親切，在房間就可以看到天門山A線排隊狀況，很棒的民宿，唯一讓我覺得有點遺憾的是，這麼棒的民宿在一棟有許多家民宿大樓裏面……

比較不錯，老闆娘比較人性化

Lovely place to stay close to ZhangJiaJie cable car entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Received a nice little gift upon arrival with face masks and heat pads. Would definitely stay here again

非常棒的一次出行體驗，酒店位置就在天門山景區遊客中心旁邊，房間裏就能看到看到天門山A線索道，有起床困難症的旅友可以不用擔心為了趕路而起大早。酒店的各項硬件設施也都很齊全，尤其是還在衞生間準備了女士特殊用品。酒店管家還特意在入住前一天電話聯繫，詢問了到站時間並安排專車接站，前台管家小姐姐非常熱情，特意在電梯口歡迎，並且熱心的幫拎行李送到了房間。也非常耐心和專業的規劃了遊玩線路，還準備暖寶寶貼、眼罩耳塞、以及一些小零食等。總之是一次非常棒的出行體驗，歡迎各位旅友親臨體驗。

It’s basically a whole building full of hostels and other stays. So it is a shared elevator, we were lucky that we did not go during a peak season or else it would had been frustrating considering one was in work when we got there so only one worked. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby and it took less than 5 minutes to cable entryway for tianmenshan. So the location is convenient, there are some restaurants nearby as well. (When you get out of the elevator, there are ladies hustling to go eat at the restaurant that’s literally to the right when you walk out. Don’t eat there, it was not good.) But is convenient to didi to other restaurants. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures but we didn’t not see any views of the cable cart. There’s also no office desk either. The beds were comfy though. Another thing is that there’s no door for the bathroom so it’s kind of inconvenient to dress after showering if you traveling with someone that’s not your partner. But I have to say that the girls at the front desk are sooo nice and helpful. They actually made my experience there so good. Sorry for the all inconvenience I caused.

離天門山索道入口非常近，前台小姐姐很熱情，下次還會再來。
