It was great stay!! we are vegetarian, so they have made very nice vegetarian food for us. Hotel staff is very co-operative. Erson had done very nice job to make our trip very very comfortable. love to stay again in this hotel!!

Very helpful and friendly. Great recommendations and tips for visiting the park. Helped with many arrangements. Location near the west entrance was great for avoiding crowds. All meals onsite were great. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

老闆特別熱情專業，我們走的是徒步野路，幫我們一起規劃了路線。晚餐也很棒，雞湯yyds，爬了一整天山一口雞湯回魂了。店裡的三花小貓咪也特別可愛。 房間乾淨整潔，各種設施都不錯，樓下還有桌球，泳池，以後夏天可以再約朋友

Host helped us to buy all entrance tickets and plan our daily route in Zhangjiajie national forest park. They strongly recommended certain very nice scenic spot where most tour group would not visit, and we truly enjoyed the view. Very helpful and warmth, always ready to answer our question and lend helping hand.

This hotel was the perfect base for a relaxed Zhangjiajie trip, thanks to Eason and Lucas, who genuinely made our stay special. They picked us up from the train, helped us book tickets, plan out our days to dodge the crowds, and recommended quieter spots that offered stunning, uncrowded views. They even went above and beyond to help us with logistics after we left. Their knowledge of the area made our experience feel wonderfully off the beaten path, which can be challenging in Zhangjiajie! The location is ideal—just five minutes from the Yangjiajie Gate and away from the main tourist flow. Eason even offered us rides to the entrance every morning, which made getting around simple and stress-free. While we mostly spoke in Chinese, they’re comfortable in English too. The hotel itself is clean and peaceful, with mountain views right from the windows. Meals were a highlight especially after a long day out, with a delicious breakfast each morning and home-cooked dinners. Eason even picked a winter melon fresh from the garden for our soup one evening. This place felt like a real home away from home and made Zhangjiajie feel beautifully calm. Can’t recommend it enough! We had an excellent stay here. Lucas helped us order a didi ride from our hotel in Zhangjiejia city center to his inn. Saved us a lot of hassle. Both Lucas and Eason gave us 7 star services. Help us with our laundry and drove us to the west entrance of Zhangjiejia national park, gave us map and showed us where to go inside the national park everyday during our stay there. Rooms are lovely and comfortable and we enjoyed the dinner very much. Delicious home cooked food. Lucas and Eason thanks again for everything thing you have done for us.

住宿條件非常好，乾淨衞生，飯菜燒的好，環境優雅，離景區西門很近，非常方便。老闆是創業2帥哥，特別熱情，贊一個。外國人很多，五星際標準。

攜老帶幼從天門山到森林公園來玩,我們選擇了從人少的西門進，民宿乾淨衞生，服務也是很貼心，有問必答，我家車子沒氣了，還幫忙加氣了，院子裏有充電樁，很方便，早餐的米線好吃，剁椒魚頭也很新鮮入味，房間也是不錯這幾日來張家界住的比較舒服的，長者家直誇我選的好～

Очень милый отель рядом со входом в национальный парк. Стойка регистрации работает до 23:00, но если предупредить о более позднем прибытии, то можно заселиться в любое время. На стойке регистрации работает Лукас, которые поможет с любыми вопросами. Он организовал нам трансфер от и до аэропорта (очень рекомендуем, т.к. ночью заказать такси к отелю будет довольно непросто), цена приемлемая. Рекомендуем континентальный завтрак в отеле, очень сытный и вкусный. Также Лукас помог нам составить маршрут по парку и приобрести билеты, лично отвез нас ко входу в парк (хотя вход находится в шаговой доступности от отеля, не более 10 минут). Впечатления от отеля замечательные!

這家酒店實在是太神仙了！乾淨衞生舒適應有盡有，管家還十分貼心。飯堂煮的飯很好吃，收費合理。按照管家指引的路線暑假走張家界居然錯峯不排隊！非常靠近張家界西門，一進去就坐巴士無縫銜接根本不用走也很少人從這邊進！不忙的話管家還接送我們到景區門口，雖然步行才幾百米……有洗衣機和晾衣服的地方，泳池的水也是每天換的很乾凈清透。房間床品用的東西也很講究，舒客的牙膏茶裏的茶包，洗護用品也很不錯。自帶的東西一樣都用不上😄張家界之旅圓滿了

Lucas and his partners are very kind and very helpful. They helped us to organize three unforgettable days in the nearby Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, at the Glass Bridge and in the Tianmen Mountain Park. They all speak English very well and the hotel is really beautiful, nestled in the Zhangjiajie countryside. Highly recommended!
