Very helpuful staff. Conveniently located halfway between the two main entry gates to the Forest Park. Very good breakfast!

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The place is beautiful and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they didn’t just assist me with organizing activities, they actually booked them for me! Breakfast was good and varied every day, with several dishes to choose from. The view was stunning and elegant, and the location was perfect — close to all the main events. They even offer free transportation to activities and a complimentary airport pickup, which made everything so convenient. My room had a luxurious bohemian style — honestly, it was beyond gorgeous! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be coming back ❤️

Great experience. Everything was just perfect: starting from the room, very clean and beautiful, to the service and the amazing food. Staff was always ready to help and keen to make our stay just perfect. Just the place to be.

We arrived and were welcomed with fruits, snacks and tea. The staff was super nice! We had everything we needed. The room was very nice as well :) We were sad to find out that the swimming pool is still under construction, and it's not available. The staff was nice and provided us dinner. I highly recommend this hotel. They make sure you are always happy during your staying :)

被4.9評分騙過來了，圖片看着好看有藝術感，但是住着很不舒服，房間很多蚊蟲，被子枕頭也都是一股黴味，鼻子很癢，早上起來我崽一臉的坨坨，過敏了。再説早餐，食物裏有蟲子，我們用勺子盛蛋炒飯的時候，還看着一衹蚊子停落在米飯上，也就是説驅蟲設施不給力，或者説沒有用驅蚊設施。最後是服務，早餐後退房，問前台要礦泉水，人家很不情願，説房間都放了水的啊，我説我們要離開了，人家説水都要3元一瓶呢。。。。無語了，全世界各地的酒店我們住遍了，別人酒店都是生怕客人沒水喝，我們一家三口，這家就標配2瓶水，再要可就不爽了。太摳搜了，這個價不值。
