房間衞生非常乾淨，整體上特別温馨舒適，通過窗户就能看到天門山，特色適合來天門山遊玩歇腳

Нет замечаний, практически все идеально. Работники отеля супер, невероятно доброжелательные и отзывчивые ребята! Как могли понимали мой корявый китайский))) когда совсем заходили в тупик - пользовались переводчиком))) Помогают по любому вопросу. Спасибо вам за мой комфортный отдых. Из недостатков - в ванной слабое освещение. Ну и вид на взлетно-посадочную полосу, но это для меня было плюсом, очень красиво наблюдать за железными птицами) спать не мешает))

I got upgraded to a super large room with a bathtub!!! Its huge and its super clean! The shower is also very powerful which is so much different from the hotel in Guangzhou. Service is what I would say homely, we are allowed to just take whatever amenities we need, including water.

We had a very good stay at this hotel The host were very helpfull and available, they helped us when we had troubles with transports and to book tickets for Zhangjiajie’s activities The room was clean and large We sometimes heard trains or airplanes at night, but otherwise it was quiet

¡Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin! Nos alojamos en este hotel durante nuestra visita a la montaña Tianmen y no podríamos estar más satisfechos. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca de todo lo necesario y con fácil acceso al teleférico. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, perfecta para nuestra familia con tres niños: todos estuvimos muy a gusto. Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el trato del personal. ¡Son encantadores! Nos ayudaron muchísimo con todas las explicaciones para nuestra visita a la montaña Tianmen, dándonos recomendaciones útiles y resolviendo nuestras dudas con mucha amabilidad. Además, tuvieron el detalle de recogernos por la noche en la estación de tren y llevarnos de vuelta, lo cual hizo todo mucho más fácil y cómodo. Sin duda, un servicio excepcional que supera todas las expectativas. Recomendamos este hotel al 100 % y no dudaremos en volver si regresamos a la zona. ¡Gracias por todo!

I got a free room upgraded, a really nice room with plenty of space. The staff is very informative and helpful. Book the tours with them it is a bit cheaper!

酒店環境不錯，設施完善。房間寬敞明亮，舒適衞生。老闆態度熱情，周到細緻，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。

장가계 여행의 첫날이었는데 젊은 사장님께서 단오절이라며 먹거리를 주셨다. 개인주의가 판을치는 한국에서 중국에 당도하자마자 정을 느꼈다. 숙소는 살짝 낡은감이 있지만 위치가 좋기때문에 천문산을 위해 하루묵는 숙소로 추천한다
