房間稍顯侷促，老闆很熱情。打掃乾淨配套完善，周圍有很多吃飯的地方。周邊就是天門山索道和汽車站還有張家界站。

Questo hotel è una scelta solida. È una struttura ben tenuta, pulita e con una posizione comoda. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Nel complesso, merita pienamente 4 stelle: non ha particolari punti di forza, ma non ha neanche difetti evidenti.

Very closed to Tianmen mountain cable ways. The Inn is very comfy and the staff is very kind and helpful. The place provides free laundry as well. Would visit again in the future

入住張家界悦庭客棧完全是不同的體驗。一開始我還擔心因為火車站附近很雜，到達後我感覺錯了，非常的好，在入住前管家就一直髮訊息給我們，譬如要什麼時候到，開車注意安全，景區人流量大怎麼避坑等等...客棧硬件設施可能不是最齊全最先進的，但服務一流，衞生也棒棒噠，老闆代訂了優惠門票，給我們的攻略，真的是非常喜歡，下次還來

非常滿意！我們三個人住了四天，感到就像在家裡生活。酒店的工作人員都很友好，服務特別貼心、不厭其煩。我覺得這麼熱情周到的服務，匹配便宜的價格，就值得預訂這家酒店。還可以更好的點就是窗户隔音（機場很近，經常聽到飛機的聲音）和去曬台的樓梯，因為有點小，上了年紀的人有點不方便。總體而言，想給很多人推薦!

位置挺好附近好多吃飯地兒，離天門山索道也挺近，老闆熱情周到，提前訂他家得打電話聯繫買門票可以便宜，因為天門山得提前預約。

The hotel is in a really good location. You are 5 minutes walk away from the Tianmen mountain cable station. Also, you are 5 minutes walk away from the bus station from which you can take the bus to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff is friendly and you can even wash your clothes using the laundry machine from the hotel.

All perfect, just the location is quite far from main bus station. Zhangjiajie has no subway, only bus. If you stay here without any heavy luggage, yes its perfect! But if you bring so many, you can be exhausted. Hahahah. Anyway, i washed my clothes with washing machine there, thanks to the owner that let me did that. 💖💖💖
