Pullman Zhangjiajie arvostelua

We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were upgraded to a suite. The suite is big and has a rather big living room. the staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is near to ZhangJiaJie National Park East Gate and there are good restaurants nearby.

酒店位置很好，在魅力湘西旁邊，很是熱鬧，走路去東門10幾分鐘，路上很多好吃的當地特色菜，服務周到細緻

Notre séjour au Pullman Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan a été tout simplement incroyable. L’hôtel allie parfaitement confort moderne et proximité avec les montagnes envoûtantes de Wulingyuan, une destination incontournable. Le staff mérite une mention spéciale : toujours aux petits soins, professionnel et réactif à chaque demande. Leur gentillesse et leur sens du service ont grandement contribué à rendre notre expérience mémorable. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine extérieure en raison de la météo, mais cela reste une excellente raison de revenir ! Les installations sont impeccables et les chambres spacieuses. Sans hésitation, nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel pour explorer Zhangjiajie dans les meilleures conditions. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour parfait !

The Pullman Hotel in Zhangjiajie is very nice and we had really great room. Everything is clean and people are friendly. The language barrier is something to consider as only selected people can speak English. Something to improve is that you might expect a bit more explanation for what is possible and how the hotel with all the opportunities as such works. Great is that the national forest park is very near and also a great theatre with a local performance.

酒店很不錯，有泳池有浴缸滿足小朋友對酒店的一切需求。酒店除了年限久了一點，其他都很好，吃飯也方便，爬完山回酒店做個足浴按摩第二天繼續再戰

性價比超高的酒店 很方便

房間面積很大，床超大很舒服，前台人員很熱情，很專業。因臨時急需打印文檔，前台很及時幫忙進行了打印。強烈推薦鉑爾曼酒店👍👍

可能酒店年數長了 感覺有點老 但是很乾凈很温馨

非常一般 首先，入住期間明明兑換了延遲退房，竟11:45無故被工作人員強制鑰匙開門，工作人員非常散漫説了句，對不起。在床上聽到樓道，工作人員挨着開每個房間的聲音，想必有此遭遇的不止我們一家。 其次最重要的，床墊太軟，沒有支撐力，睡的很不舒服。完全不像五星級酒店應有的水準。 還有浴缸上面斑駁掉瓷就算了，下水還有問題。淋浴的切換開關也是壞的，衹能用小的高壓水龍頭切不到頂噴。 還有因為山下的原因，床被子感覺潮噠噠。 總之，不是一次很好的入住體驗。不會再有下次

比預期要好，酒店性價比很高。

五一帶娃出行，位置：酒店距離景區東門有一定距離，遇上路上堵車走走20分鐘也到了，酒店服務員態度中等，正常酒店水平，要特別表揚下泳池旁的救生員，非常認真負責，多的半顆星送給他

缺點：房間，衞生間昏暗，燈少不亮。預訂頁面寫的是一張2.7米特大床，其實是兩個1.35米床拼的，有拼縫比較硬。設施裝修比較舊了。優點：早餐還行，房間比較安靜。
