Songfeng Mingyu Boutique Resort Homestay (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Wulingyuan Branch)

房間很大，很好看。附近很安靜。關鍵是店家很細心，很周到。不是很多話，但是總是很及時，很出其不意地貼心幫助。體驗很好。推薦。

Location was super near the Jiangjiajie National Park, it was within walking distance or taxi was only 6 renminbi (or less if you use coupons on your own). Also, it was within walking distance to the stores and restaurant on the main street, yet quiet enough for a good night sleep. Service was superb and their "butler" service was over and beyond. The sole of a shoe fell and they managed to buy and bring us a brand new sole glue as requested within 30 minutes. The butler's trip itinerary suggestions were also very well planned and detailed that we do not need to hire a tour guide for the whole trip, we can just do it ourselves. The auntie cooks breakfast for you every morning, and different options were available. They have adopted a cat and you can play with it in the lobby if you are lucky enough to see it! Most importantly, room is very warm even in Winter. The only down side was it was a bit far from the city centre (30 min drive) but thats what you get when you want to stay nearer to the mountains, and we were totally fine with that.

It was an incredible experience. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, helping to plan and book the attraction tickets. The facilities were excellent. There is a hot tub to soak and rest your tired feet! The location was perfect, nestled conveniently between popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of fantastic restaurants, offering plenty of dining options just a short walk away. Overall, it is ideal for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

The hotel included personal butler service, our butler helped us book all national park entry tickets and provide daily itineraries for our trip in Zhangjiajie. He even called local taxi for us free of charge. Super awesome customer service! Breakfast was great, good selections. It rained heavily on one of the day, therefore the roof leaked slightly and wet the hotel room floor, but it didn’t impact our stay at the hotel, it was still great, thank you team for your hospitality and support.
