🌟 Perfect 3-Night Stay for Our Group of 12! 🌟 We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as a group of 12 people across 6 rooms, and it was an absolutely pleasant experience from start to finish. 🏨 The location was convenient, and the rooms were all spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast had many delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. 🙌 One of the nicest surprises was that the hotel upgraded our rooms for free, which we truly appreciated! 💬 Although only half of the front desk staff spoke English, the others used translation devices effectively — so communication was smooth and clear throughout our stay. 🎟️ Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted us with recommendations, ticket reservations, and insider tips on how to enjoy Zhangjiajie affordably and efficiently. We were all 100% satisfied with our 3-night stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone we know. 🙏 Thank you again to the wonderful team. Wishing you all continued success!

Wonderful trip to Zhangjiajie and Wulingyuan. The hotel location is centrally located between the Grand Canyon and the National Park, making day trips very easy. The standard room is spacious, comfortable and features smart technology appliances. The breakfast is delicious offering an assortment of dumplings, fried rice, eggs, fruit, juice and coffee. There is soy milk as well if you need it. The front desk staff are the best part about the hotel. You can add the hotel on WeChat and they all they act as one concierge to provide you the best service possible. They picked us up from the airport and the national park. They helped us purchase tickets to an evening show and nearby Baofeng lake. For our first trip visiting the area, this level of help was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for your next trip.

Fantastic experience at this hotel. Very modern and feels brand new. The hotel offers pick up and drop off anywhere in Wulingyuan. Booked all of our tickets and helped us plan our daily itinerary. We also saw the Xiangxi and Romance shows. It is across the street from Baofeng lake which makes it very easy to squeeze it in. Book the Mountain View room!

This was one of the best hotels Ive been too the price is really good for the beautiful room and amazing services you get definitely worth every penny thankfully they had staff that speak english especially Mickey she was very helpful and she gave us a map of the zhangjiajie national park and explained to us what to do and where to go I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Very nice property on lake and staff is speaking English specially Micky. They’re very helpful at all stage and they can help in making booking for forest park. It’s just 5 minutes to East gate forest park. Evening is very quiet so have good sleep after long day walking. Kids enjoy the pool
