我們七人這次入住這家酒店簡直太滿意了，必須給滿分好評！酒店環境寬敞又明亮，緊鄰河邊，一踏入就能感受到那份舒適與愜意。房間內的設施全自動化，操作便捷，讓人住得格外舒心，彷彿置身於温馨的家。 酒店配套設施也十分完善，游泳池清澈乾淨，休息場所佈置得温馨雅緻，是放鬆身心的好去處。更讓我感動的是老闆和前台客服的服務，接送車安排得十分周到，出行超方便。 酒店距離張家界景區東門非常近，節省了不少來回時間。周邊還有不少值得遊玩的地方，能讓人充分感受當地的風土人情，以後來這邊，肯定還會選擇這家酒店，也強烈推薦給各位愛旅遊的朋友！

O atendimento excelente, um pequeno almoço agradável para um ocidental, com frutas, ovos, pão/tostas, sumos, etc. Piscina pequena que não chegámos a usar. Transfer de borla para a porta West do parque. O nome do hotel não é Four season..... mas sim UTOPIA HOTEL. UM HOTEL 🆕 E MODERNO, com uma front office muito dedicada ao cliente.

Personal muy atento, el hotel es nuevo y muy moderno. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas. El desayuno es variado, cuenta con opciones Chinas y occidentales. El hotel ofrece recogida en la entrada principal del parque Zhangjiajie (Wulingyuan) hemos ido caminando de la salida del parque al hotel y hay un paseo de 1 hora aproximadamente.También nos llevaron sin coste adicional a la entrada del parque Wullingyuan. Hemos elegido este hotel por recomendación de un viajero que hemos conocido por el camino. También lo recomiendo.
