We had a great stay. Good room. Laundry was done. The owner was very friendly and offered us a good deal for the park! The location is great, really close to north gate. Which is not a busy location, so no long queues. He also helped with the taxi.

The owner was very kind to a Japanese traveller. They are very kind and make your trip a good one. I highly recommend them.

Best place I’ve stayed in China so far ! The host were super kind and helped me every time I need it despite we don’t speak the same language. It’s the best accommodation to avoid the crowds. It’s a little bit far to get here but it will be 100% worth it because you’ll do the Zhangjiajie National Park route the other way around and you’ll be almost alone during the major part of time. They even have breakfast! You’ll never regret of choosing this place. Thank you for all and if one day I’ll return to Zhangjiajie, I’ll return here again !!

The male boss provided excellent service. He recommended me the places to visit inside Zhangjiajie National Park given my arrival timing and also the following day. Since I was travelling solo, he provided some safety tips inside the Park and offered to make my next day's breakfast outside the breakfast time if I needed to sleep in. He would come have a small chat with me whenever I was dining alone there too. Besides the service, the location is excellent. It's just about 5min walk to Zhangjiajie National Park's North Entrance. The greatest perk of staying at the mountain top was that I largely avoided the crowd as I was in the opposite direction mostly. Within walking distance are a few restaurants, a foot bath and massage and a supermarket which was really convenient. The room I stayed in was clean except the balcony which had bugs but was understandable since it is in the mountains. The only downside for me was that there was no soundproofing at all so the occasional noise at night and the start of activity in the early morning made it hard for a light sleeper like me.

Отель находится у северного входа в национальный парк. Мы были в ноябре, когда не туристический сезон. В отеле были единственными посетителями. Отель находится кажется в деревушке, ощущение как будто приехал к бабушке и дедушке в деревню. В начале не могли найти отель, отель на указанный на фотографии при бронировании был закрыт. Нас отправили в соседний отель. Отель не отапливается, поэтому в холле было очень холодно. В комнате оказался большой кондиционер, слава богу работал очень хорошо и комната быстро прогрелась. Утром будили петухи и звуки петард. Хозяин очень приветливый, не возникло проблем с общением, так как общались с помощью переводчика. Приехали голодными, хозяин быстро сварил нам лапшу. Вечером хозяин помог выстроить завтрашний маршрут по парку и купил нам входные билеты, билеты на лифт и канатную дорогу. Утром он на своей машине отвез до входа. Весь день были в парке 😍 вечером в отеле нам приготовили вкусный ужин, покушали за 90 юаней 👍🏻 В день отъезда хозяева помогли найти совместное такси, поездка на двоих до жд вокзала обошлась нам в 60 юаней Желаем процветания отелю, много благодарных гостей!

🇫🇷 Très mauvaise expérience à l’hôtel Xiangxi Story Inn (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park). L’hôtel est situé dans un village désert à la sortie nord du parc, totalement isolé — impossible de trouver un taxi via DiDi. La chambre était dans un état de saleté inacceptable : plusieurs couches de poussière sous le lit, restes de nourriture, mouchoirs sales, draps tachés, coussins jaunes de saleté, forte odeur de moisissure dans la salle de bain, meubles et rideaux jamais nettoyés. L’odeur dans la chambre était terrible à notre arrivée. Le service de navette proposé par l’hôtel a aussi été une très mauvaise expérience : le chauffeur s’est arrêté en pleine route pour discuter d’argent avec l’hôtel, puis a exigé un supplément pour le péage sous prétexte que nous allions rater notre train. Je déconseille totalement cet hôtel pour son manque d’hygiène, sa localisation et le comportement non professionnel du personnel. 🇬🇧 Very bad experience at Xiangxi Story Inn (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park). The hotel is located in a deserted village at the north exit of the park, completely isolated — it’s impossible to find a taxi through DiDi. The room was extremely dirty: thick layers of dust under the bed, food leftovers, used tissues, stained sheets, pillows turned yellow with dirt, strong mold smell in the bathroom, and dusty furniture and curtains. The smell in the room was unbearable when we arrived. The hotel’s shuttle service was also a bad experience: the driver stopped midway to argue about money with the hotel, then asked us to pay extra for the toll, threatening that we would miss our train — even though he was the one who caused the delay. I strongly do not recommend this hotel due to its poor hygiene, remote location, and unprofessional staff.

房間還不錯，距離北門也很近，並且負責接送。唯一令人不滿的是你家的排骨燉土豆居然要收180元一份（事先報價單中沒有這個菜，老闆極力推薦，心想一個排骨也貴不到那裡去），這也太不地道了！

房間不錯，符合這個時間點出遊的價格，服務特別好，飯菜好吃，早點和燒菜都不錯的。本身這邊離北門近，值得五星推薦，特別是自駕遊。

老闆有幾個店，安排我們住了最裏的木樓，有陽台有大床。木樓隔音一般，深夜被隔壁吵醒，找老闆解決了才能再入睡。

當時定的時候 沒在意是在北門 沒想到錯定錯好 北門不用排隊 全程我們索道天梯都沒排隊 老闆娘人也很好 特意拿着張家界地圖 告訴我們該怎麼玩線路 自駕過來的 推薦這裏 玩完張家界森林公園回來 路過門口的小溪 孩子們在那玩起來了 溪水清涼 除了遠一點 沒有缺點

民宿離景區北門走路五分鐘，可以跟老闆預約日出🌅回來還贈送了豐富的早餐

民宿距天子山門票站很近，雖然裝修有些年份了，但整體比較乾淨。還免費提供早餐，我們晚飯也在民間宿吃，山雞做的很好吃。老闆很熱心，幫助預訂打折的空中田園電瓶車票，還提供行李託運服務。
