Spacious room, sparkling clean and good amenities for a fraction of a dollar. The neighborhood is also very nice and only 5min ride from the railway station without any traffic.

This hotel is such a cozy and comfy place. We had a pleasant stay and we recommend it. If you are a foreigner, you will be hosted with a big smile and a caring attitude. - Location: Very close to the West Railway Station with free shuttle service. If you want to use public transport, you can walk 10min and take the bus (both for Zhangjiajie city center and Tianmen Mountain cable car). - Staff: very lovely and kind people. They helped us a lot. - Room: very new, tidy, clean, spacious and cozy. The only challenge is that we stayed in a room with no western toilet (but they have some rooms with it). Totally worth it staying here!

The hotel is conveniently near the Zhangjiajie West train station, and we had an early train leaving Zhangjiajie and going to Chongqing The boss is really nice! He picked us up after the bus from Wulingyuan left us some distance from the station. The boss found our location by the side of the road took us to a very new and well outfitted room, and even drove us very early to the station for our departure. Cannot ask for more and highly recommend this hotel.

The owner is very kind, considerate, and ready to help.We arrived very late at night and very hungry, then he also drive his car to take us to a nearby restaurant. Call a taxi for us to zhangjiajie park. provide travel information. The room is clean and new, since the owner is well taken care of. Very impressive. If I go there, I will stay this hotel again for sure.

В номере чисто, есть всё необходимое, кондиционер хорошо нагревает, мягкая удобная кровать. Особо хочу отметить чистоту душа и санузла. Мой поезд был в раним утром, из отеля меня привезли на западный ж/д вокзал бесплатно, мне даже не пришлось об этом беспокоиться: о трансфере меня уведомили на check-in.

客棧離高鐵站就幾分鐘車程，很方便！然後客棧老闆老闆娘都超級熱情，服務超好，出站接送，離開時還幫我把行李送到高鐵站，哈哈！祝老闆生意興隆！

房間衞生很好，地鐵站過去衹需要5分鐘，很安靜，早晨還能聽到雞鳴聲。天門山旅遊這些非常方便。

L’hotel era pulito e in posizione ottima per raggiungere la stazione di Zhangjiajie West. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e si è offerto di accompagnarci in stazione la mattina presto. In più, ci ha pure offerto una tazza di tè!

房間乾淨整潔，老闆和老闆娘非常熱情。下了高鐵站老闆免費開車直接來接，太方便了

給差評的原因是老闆在下午剛訂的時候應該已經沒標間了，打電話問過能不能改大床房，告知不行後就沒説什麼了，然後在晚上入住的時候的直接給拉到隔壁客棧辦理入住，等入住後感覺不對，搜了一下才發現入住的不是自己訂的。等於直接被轉賣了，而且賣的還是網上價格比他家便宜的😅。你沒房間直接説下好了，我取消就行了，我自己在另外訂唄。看了別人的評論覺得你家好才訂的結果來這麼一出，心裏不舒服。

店家有接送服務，這個很方便。房間乾淨，被子枕頭很舒服，被子暖和。老闆夫婦友善，及時回覆信息和提供幫助。地理位置也方便。前面有幾個飯店，可以吃便飯。

房間還是很衞生的，就是位置有點不太好找

客棧離火車站很近，而且老闆提供接站送站服務，出行非常方便，老闆人很好，熱情和藹。房間環境舒適安靜整潔，周邊吃飯也很方便。房間乾淨衞生，洗手間一成不染，還提供一次性馬桶套，很貼心。一次性牙刷牙膏，香皂沐浴露洗髮水一應俱全。物超所值👍
