Beautiful, secluded hotel in the mountains with amazing views from the room. They go out of their way to help you out with luggage and transportation to the hotel. The domain extends into the forest, with plenty terraces throughout. Breakfast and meals are also a plus.

民宿氛圍感很強景色很美，服務特別周到，提供洗衣，武陵源區都提供接送，送機到機場也很方便。 唯一就是WiFi有點問題斷斷續續 可能山裡就是信號問題叭。

服務的3分給民宿，心中的5分給胡管家！這次是第二次入住了，民宿的工作人員換的七七八八。新人的服務意識遠遠不如以前的人。再次選擇這裏完全是剛開業那時的那批人給我的感覺太好了，完全是衝著胡管家才又訂的這裏。而這次，真是令人大失所望。客人到店，一位管家在必經之路上洗自己的車，水流的到處都是，下腳都困難。車子停在中間，明顯影響客人停車，也不挪車，也不停止洗車，也不打招呼。如果不是後面幾天看到她冷着臉訓斥他人，我根本想不到她也是管家。其它小女生管家衹見忙亂不見效果。希望老闆能重視這個問題，畢竟張家界的民宿那麼多，不靠服務取勝靠什麼呢？剛開始積累的口碑要珍惜呀！

We had an amazing stay at Foggy Valley. Our room had a great view and was well equipes. The breakfast was very good. Hu Qing organized us all park tickets and suggested the best routes. Thanks to all the staff also for driving us to the park entrance and picking us up. We strongly recommend this hotel and would book again.

第一次與家人到張家界自由行，5人同行，好難得可以搵到一間房可以住5人的民宿。 民宿臨近百丈峽，入住隱•山景套房，上下兩層都清楚望見山景，晚上可以見到有射燈投影至山上，上層更可以望見滿天繁星。第一次感受這與眾不同的張家界魅力。房間採用智能設備，可聲控開關房燈／窗簾；智能廁所，可暖廁板；上落樓梯時有感應燈，房間設計得幾舒適！ 這間民宿設有餐廳，我入住3晚，每晚都能食到不同的特色菜（燉土雞，干鍋肥腸，清燉／紅燒娃娃魚，野豬肉火鍋，黃鱔火鍋），菜色豐富，可改為不辣，完全符合香港人口味，每天都食得好滿足！民宿每日0730開始供應早餐，中式為主，也有少量西式選擇。我最愛食 山上獨有的粑粑 及 有淡淡香味的白糖糕，粑粑外皮薄脆，內裏軟糯，混有山上的香草，美味可口！ 民宿距離張家界西站20-30分鐘車程，距離張家界森林公園東門5-10分鐘車程，可聯絡職員安排免費接送東門及高鐵站，非常好客、方便。 民宿有自家生產莓茶，到處都有茶座，可隨時泡茶。莓茶入口微苦回甘，非常特別，是張家界特產的高山茶。我和家人每天晚飯後都飲莓茶，每晚都瞓得好好！於是，在民宿買了幾盒莓茶回港送禮及自用。 今次張家界自由行時間有點緊迫，第三日因要趕中午高鐵，故無特別安排行程。職員推薦可於行至後山，欣賞更壯麗山景。雖然步行路段多石級，但後山風景確實更驚豔！真是不枉此行！

They worked seamlessly to ensure every guest felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for 💬 [Comfortable Transportation and Meticulous Scheduling] Before check-in, we arranged a pick-up service from the train station to the guesthouse via WeChat. Thanks to Hu’s careful scheduling, the driver was waiting for us upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and relaxing journey. This thoughtful preparation helped reduce any tension in the unfamiliar location 🚖 [Romantic Gestures and Quick Support] On the first day, my husband prepared a bouquet of roses 🌹. While I rested in our room, Hu accompanied him to the florist and translated. It felt like reliving our honeymoon 💕. Furthermore, when I accidentally left a bag containing important medication in a taxi the day before check-in, Hu quickly contacted the relevant parties 📞. In just three hours, he retrieved the bag and brought it to my room 🛡️ [Scenic Drop-off Services and Thoughtful Attention] Asheng, Hu, and a female staff member ensured safe and comfortable transport for each trip 🚙. They confirmed our plans, reminded us of tickets, and Asheng was always there to watch over us when returning late. Hu also picked us up from 72 Kiru, and we were very grateful ☺. Their care ensured a safe journey every time. [Prompt Solutions for Small Challenges] When we mentioned the inconvenience of charging our phones due to different plug standards 🔌, both Asheng and Hu promptly provided adapters, effectively solving the issue ⚡ [Rich Cultural Experience and Stunning Natural Beauty] FOGGY VALLEY’s surroundings were breathtaking. The views from the guesthouse were magical—morning mist resembling a dream and illuminated mountains at night 🌄. After visiting, I appreciated the value of the traditional Xiangxi architecture more and hope to explore more next time. The scenery, reminiscent of the mythical "Peach Blossom Spring," brought a sense of tranquility. [Special Services and Custom Experiences] The Chinese breakfast included warm dumplings and various options 🍲. The warm beef noodle soup, coffee machine, soy milk, yogurt, salad, fruit, and toast were great. The local berry tea and nuts were perfect for hikes 🌳. The complimentary laundry service made our stay more comfortable 🧺. The automatic curtain system brightened the mornings, and the premium bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep. [Traditional Programs and Photography Spots] The guesthouse offered programs like tea tasting and meditation, allowing guests to experience traditional Chinese culture 🧘🫖. The scenic spots around were perfect for capturing memories on SNS, enhancing our experience. [Looking Forward to Our Next Visit] Thinking of my father’s upcoming retirement, I wanted to visit again with my parents. I’d love to share the peacefulness and rich experiences 🌳. Our time here reminded me that “Travel is ultimately about people.” The warm hospitality and special memories will remain in our hearts 💓. 房間寬敞，菜餚美味，景色不錯，服務挺好，如果有電視就更好了，雖然客棧主打的是修身養性禪意品茶，但是多個電視，顧客選擇性更多

The super friendly and cheerful owner of the accommodation, HU QING, contacted us frequently via WECHAT and helped us a lot to make our stay comfortable. The hotel also provided a round-trip shuttle service from the airport to the accommodation, and even though it was late at night, they checked on us and picked us up from Wulingyuan to the hotel. During breakfast, the staff meticulously took care of everything we needed, and they were all kind and friendly until our family checked out. It would have been better if the room cleaning was done more thoroughly. The other parts were great. I will never forget their kindness. If you want a more eco-friendly hotel than the boring hotels in Wulingyuan, this is the hotel for you.

超預期的民宿，靠近武陵源東門，風格很喜歡，早餐挺好的，民宿有自己的一衹薩摩耶旺旺，我是太愛了，真想帶回家！總之是會想要再來的地方！

The place has a lot of potential but leaves something to be desired in too many ways and given the expense it cannot be justified. Cleanliness first of all, our room was dirty, full of dust everywhere and stained towels and sheets, our room was damp and smelled damp. I found the water bottle provided without dispenser very inconvenient, better the small bottles. The toilet bowl draining while still on top. The location is inconvenient for getting to Zhangjiajie Park, it's far away and you always have to call Didi (by the way it's perched on a steep slope) or have the hotel drive you there. The staff is friendly and helpful but unfortunately for the price paid and the way it is 'sold' this place is not enough. The place itself looks more fairytale-like in the photos than it does there, with dilapidated buildings all around.
