We had a wonderful stay and the hotel team treated us so well. Thanks to Mr HU and Miss Maomao and Li Gang and all the team !. The hotel takes care of pick up and drop-off from/to airport and to the Forest park. Very well organised and helpful. MR HU took care of the entrance ticket to the park and everything went smooth. The Duplex suite for the family was so cosy and charming. I would recommend it for sure. The food was delicious. Thanks to all !

Our stay at Foggy Valley was excellent all around. Regarding hotel service, the hotel's level of service that truly deserves to be commended. The staff was in constant communication with us via Wechat (in English) asking what we needed to better our stay everyday. They also provided travel information, purchased park tickets, and chauffeured us to the park entrances. Sometimes it felt like we had our own dedicated staff. Special thank you to Tingting. The hotel is located in a quiet village ten minutes from the east entrance of Zhangjiajie Park. It is a bit secluded and you will need a ride, but as I mentioned before, they will chauffeur you if you want. The benefit of the quiet village on top of a hill are the views and they are amazing. The hotel has small trails leading to beautiful vantage points. The hotel room itself is gorgeous, modern and comfy. We woke up to beautiful views of the mountains outside every day. Breakfast was provided everyday and there was a different selection of Asian and Western food. They make all efforts to accommodate for what you would like and went beyond expectations. We stayed in the duplex apartment. We loved how modern and clean everything was. It felt super sleek and the rooms provided everything that we needed to rest well after hiking in the national parks. They even had a deep soaking tub and a sauna room which we definitely helped alleviated our fatigue! Within the space itself, you could still see the scenic mountains in the distance. Everywhere you look in this property seemed like a place out of a fantasy book. 100% recommend and return!

최고의 호텔이었습니다. Tingting이 숙박하는 날부터 체크아웃까지 모든 서비스를 도와주셨고 장가계 여행 내내 호텔로 픽업, 드랍 그리고 공항까지 데려다 주셨어요. 방 너무 이쁘고 시설 최고입니다. 심지어 세탁도 무료로 다 해 주셨습니다. 망설이지 말고 그냥 여기 묵으세요. 식사도 좋았어요.

環境非常好

TingTing, Hu, & our driver (I lost his name) made this stay incredible from start the finish. The communication was always prompt and they gave great recommendations & support throughout our stay. Transfers from airport & national park + purchasing of tickets was all handled by the team. Really appreciate everything they did to make our stay special!

Very hospitable staff who went out of their way to help us book tickets, pick us up from the airport and drop us off at various locations and at our next accommodation in the Zhangjiajie city. Great views from the room and restaurant

民宿特別漂亮，景色絕美。已經是第二次來張家界了，每次都住不一樣的民宿。這個讓我最驚艷。民宿領地挺大的，吃完飯正好逛一逛。飯也很好吃。服務很好，有個管家羣，基本上隨時都可以響應需求。總之滿分。而且在我住過的民宿裏面，是性價比最高的。

We had an amazing time staying at Foggy Valley! The staff were so friendly, welcoming and really went out of their way to be helpful. They booked and introduced all of the local attractions, and provided drop off and pick service. The property and our room had absolutely stunning views and a perfectly peaceful atmosphere to relax and unwind. Special thank you to the staffs Hu Qing and Ting Ting who specifically looked after us and catered to all our requests, including a fabulous tea ceremony and tour of the grounds. We were really treated like family! We absolutely loved our time and would definitely recommend Foggy Valley!!

Highly recommended for their great service. From pickup at train station to all the bookings and pickup daily from the tourist attractions, they make the whole experience very enjoyable. We had a relaxing 3 night stay with amazing views of the mountains.

한국 단체여행객이 머무는 장가계 호텔말고 새로운 경험을 원하시는 분들께 강추드립니다. 장가계에서 현지 특색을 살린 호텔이었습니다. 아침에 일어나 중국풍의 호텔에서 조식을 먹는 것은 여행을 잘왔다는 느낌을 가지고 장가계 투어를 시작하는 힘을 주었습니다. 호텔이 깨끗한것은 물론이고 직원들의 친절함은 최상이었습니다. 여행정보나 교통 편의 등 필요한 것이 있으면 위쳇번역을 통해 소통하며 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있습니다. 필요한 것이 있으면 최대한 들어주려고 노력하는 것이 대단하다고 느꼈습니다. 사무적인 국내 호텔과는 다르게 중국의 힘(?)이라는 것을 느낄 수 있는 소중한 경험이었습니다. 이가격에 이런 경험을 할 수 있다는 것에 감사함을 느낍니다. 한국인 분들은 예약을 하시고 트립닷컴을 통해 전화를 거시면 영어를 통해 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 굳이 디디를 통해 호텔까지 이동할 필요가 없습니다. 올때랑 갈때 호텔측에서 공항까지 이동편을 제공해주는 것이 큰장점입니다. 돌아오는 비행기편이 저녁 11시30분이라 레이트 체크인을 요구했는데 아주 저렴한 비용으로 편의를 봐주셔서 감사드립니다. 덕분에 부모님께서 호텔에서 편히 쉬시면서 비행기를 타고 돌아올 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔의 장점은 아름다운 뷰와 친절한 서비스입니다. 젊은 분들이라면 호텔측에서 정보를 얻고 와그를 통해 자유여행을 할 수 있을듯합니다. 장가계의 고급스러운 호텔의 경험을 느끼면서 액티비티를 하실분이라면 강추드립니다.!! 한국에서 이가격에 경험할 수 없는 여행을 경험할 수 있습니다.
