The hotel is very well located. 10 minutes from the entrance of the national park. Bed was confortable and everything was clean.

Although the boss is very accommodating, but the facilities are not very good. The Aircon breaks down every now and then make noise, the sink looks like it's stuck. Most importantly,the bed is very hard, had bad sleep quality for 2 nights Not sure why they make a window for bathroom ...and beside the bed

Their service is incredibly good. They helped plan out my entire trip when I arrived as it is very confusing to get your head around. The room was great too.

The owner/manager is the kindest and most helpful person. As a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese, we used WeChat to communicate. She outlined a plan to explore the national parks. She bought discounted tickets for me. She answered all my questions. The location is only 5 minutes from the East entrance to catch the shuttles to explore the park. There are plenty of good, affordable restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with a lot Western toilet and hot water. My room faced the mountain with a private patio. There's air conditioning but I hardly used it because I could keep my sliding window door open with mosquito net for fresh air. I felt safe, comfortable, and extended my stay for 4 nights. It was truly my home away from home.. Thank you to the wonderful owner/manager!

This was a great place to stay. The lady running the homestay was lovely and helpful. The balcony was really nice! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. As a bonus we managed to do our laundry no charge added. Overall great stay!

Lovely and helpful host. Perfect location as it was only about 7 minutes walk to Zhangjiajie forest park (east entrance). The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. The bathroom unfortunately was usable but in poor condition.
