"We stayed here for a few nights in September in Room 1. The food was superb, and the atmosphere was quiet - seemed like we were there during the quiet season - but perfect for me! We were able to wake up to views of the Matterhorn. The room was very comfortable, and had luxurious fixtures - specifically the shower. The staff were very very nice. The views were, of course, spectacular. Quick and easy hiking access. I tend towards luxury, but I have a smallish budget - it was perfect for me!"

"Sieltä on pitkä kävelymatka rautatieasemalta. Ajattelin kävellä kaupungin laidalle ja sitten kiivetä vuorelle. En tiedä, suositellaanko sitä matkalaukun kanssa matkustaville. Sisäänkirjautumiselle on aikaraja. Saavuimme myöhään ja useat ihmisryhmät yrittivät soittaa heille, mutta eivät päässeet läpi. Lopulta paikallinen pääsi läpi ja he kirjautuivat sisään itse ja teippasivat kortin oveen! ! ! Palvelua ei ole juuri lainkaan. Vastaanotto näytti tyytymättömältä. Ystäväni kysyi minulta, missä säilytän sitä, ja hänestä tuli kärsimätön. Säilytykseen tarvitaan kolikoita."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tannenhof in Zermatt. The location was excellent, peaceful, scenic, and very convenient for exploring Zermatt and the Matterhorn area. The views around the hotel were absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. You can definitely see the matterhorn from the restaurant, only if the sky is clear. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable from check-in until check-out and were always willing to assist whenever needed. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable for our honeymoon trip. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere after long days of sightseeing and hiking around Zermatt. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, with fresh bread, pastries, coffee, and other essentials to start the day well. The overall experience felt very warm and authentic Swiss-style."
