這是一家公寓，check in需要去另一個酒店Alpen（接手了公寓），攜程提前沒有通知！！！讓我拎着沉重行李雨中來回折騰，全部濕透。
訂的陽台房，卻給了一樓的角落.房間大沒啥用。
Alpen酒店前台女非常不友好！！退房要自己拉行李到Alpen寄存，出發去車站有接駁車但不提供，説是該酒店客人才可以。
這個後孃養的，沒有任何服務，糟心的體驗。

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips.
The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations.
Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!

基本設施齊全
空間極為寬敞
不過trip.com一開始顯示表示有桑拿，但並沒有表明需要額外收費，導致資訊有誤差，失望！！！！
隔音並不太良好，容易聽到房間外的聲音。

We arrive at apartment, than we found the notice at door, need go to others hotel to do the check in, was clear the information,
Why they didn’t advice before , to go directly to that place , was raining and 3 luggage walking around, the should tell this kind , before arrive , they sell something, once arrive is diferente it’s very bad.

Perfekt beliggenhet - finere enn bildene
Mye bedre enn bildene gir inntrykk av.
Hyggelige og praktiske leiligheter med god plass til 3 personer. Pent innredet i alpe-stil. Dobbeltseng veldig komfortabel med gode dundyner, nesten litt for varmt. Ekstraseng for kort hvis man er lenger enn 165 cm.
Faktaarket beliggenhet med gangavstand til alt - jernbanen, butikken, skiutleie, skiheis og restauranter.
Vi kommer gjerne tilbake

Perhaps the best value in Zermatt. Good location, access to all of the amenities at the Hotel Alpen Resort. One of the best spas you can find for 20chf per person per day. Ski rentals right next door at Matterhorn Sport Riva. Rooms are dated, refrigerator would not cool (can leave cold items on the balcony). Comfortable beds. Great for families. Not luxury but the Hotel Alpen is and you have access to it. If you are a value / budget minded traveler you will be very happy here. Lastly - Zermatt is amazing!

Convenient and quiet except Saturday night when noisy groups amble along the street throughout the night. All rooms available for let face this street. It would have been very helpful to have had an information sheet about the cleaning, ski locker access etc as the hotel reception did not know how it worked and gave us the wrong information.

The apartments are a short walk from the train station ski lifts and ski bus stop and supermarket. Yes the decor is dated but that was obvious from the photos- and I expect when it is modernised it will have a much higher price to go with it. It was warm clean spacious and well equipped . Perfect for what we needed.
