服務非常貼心、耐心、熱情、主動，賓至如歸。 正對馬特洪峯，觀景非常棒！早餐品質很好，可以一邊用餐，一邊看馬特洪峯，用餐體驗很好。

房間可以看到山；伴山而建，林間小木屋的感覺。服務非常迅速，免費接送站。有無敵觀景台、温馨的bar和餐廳可以直接看馬特洪峯。早餐很精緻，好吃。尤其特別的是，從火車站走大概8分鐘就到山腳，酒店有山底隧道直通酒店，非常棒的體驗。

8月下旬、日本からツェルマットへ。 こちらのホテルに2泊しました。 チェックイン、アウト共にホテル↔︎ツェルマット駅の 無料送迎があり、とても助かりました。 (チェックインの日、ツェルマット駅にホテルの名前が書かれた車が停まっていたので、運転手さんに声をかけて、乗せてもらいました。チェックアウト後は、フロントから運転手さんに声がかかり、駅まで送ってもらいました) お部屋はマッターホルンビューで、とても快適に過ごせました。朝、昼、夜と、バルコニーから見える全ての景色に感動。スタッフのみなさんも親切で安心しました。 朝食も美味しく、朝食を食べるレストランの大きな窓からは、マッターホルンが見えて、とても美しい景色を堪能できました。またツェルマットに宿泊する際は、こちらのホテルに泊まりたいです。かなりオススメです！

飯店非常乾淨服務非常好👍🏻spa區也非常享受，飯店有提供接駁車可以去火車站接送，非常推薦馬特洪峰景觀房

Wonderful Stay with Matterhorn View Schönegg Chalet Hotel was a fantastic stay! Stunning Matterhorn views, cozy and spotless rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout. The spa and sauna area was a great bonus after a day out.

It’s worth the splurge for a room with a view. The view was amazing. The pool and sauna area are also great with a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was worried it would be too far from the main road but the location was perfect and easy and right next to the ski rental shop and lift. Breakfast was good and they have a shuttle from the train station. 10/10 would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect.

Memorable stay at the Schönegg. Staff was friendly and professional, the amenities are mind-blowing (pool, spa, terrace, lounge, etc.), the location is relatively central but still far from the noise from bars etc. All in all a fantastic stay and we’re very satisfied to have spent a wonderful vacation at the hotel. Shoutout to Grete, their super talented masseuse for making the holiday even more relaxing.

Great view and service in Zermatt! The only thing I would have wished for was that the hot tubs were set warmer. Staff was amazing!

Perfect in Zermatt. First of all, location location location. It is a VERY easy walk from the train to the tunnel that takes you to the elevator that takes you up to the hotel. Or you could just call them and ask them to send the “car”. Our room faced the Matterhorn and I’m convinced we had the best view in the entire town. Staff is friendly, food that we did have was good. Only issue we faced was the bed being on the slightly anemic side.
