環境還不錯 一點都不吵 可以睡個好覺

房間超棒，風景頂級，真的可以清晰看見馬特洪峯

Trip.com did not state the linen fee charges per person on their website. When I arrived I was shocked that a 4CHF per person per night has turned in a 78 CHF payment which is a huge discrepancy. However, it took me about 2 hours and I resolved this with the service reception of Alpen. There is no main reception in this lobby but the service providers were superb. The room is amazingly spacious and clean and it was an overall lovely stay thanks to the great service and comfort of the room.

Location is not too far from train station in zermatt. Large apartment & nice look out roof windows. Price reasonable for large area.

Stayed for 6 nights in Dec 24-Jan 25. Had a nice one-bedroom apartment with full kitchen (+ cutlery, dishware, cookware, glassware etc - everything you need, even salt, paper and cooking oil - which is a plus if you forget to buy it). Located not far from the central train station - you can take a taxi or walk like 5-10 min. We were happy that the complex is located almost right on the ground, not like many others in Zermatt - high uphill - which it tiresome after the day of skiing/snowboarding and especially when checking-in or out with your huge snowboard bags. So, bonus on that! Free ski shuttle is right across the road from the building - no need to walk 500m on foot to the nearest ski lift. Also a plus. The apartment itself was nice and cozy. Lacking some shelving or storage for clothing. The main room has nothing for storing your stuff. The bedroom has one wardrobe closet. Other than that - it's an awesome space not far from the center of all the action in Zermatt. Would return. There's a storage room ton the ground floor of the building - where you store your skis and snowboards and boots - you place them on a boot dryer!! Nice feature! Adore Zermatt!!! What an incredible town!! Not to mention the Matterhorn (i'm in love) and the ski resort itself - it's just unparalleled beauty and pure awesomeness!

Check-in unterirdisch. Zimmer ok. Das online check-in funktioniert überhaupt nicht so, wie beschrieben. Via Telefon mussten wir mit vier! verschiedenen Angestellten sprechen und fanden trotzdem keine Lösung. Schlussendlich musste ich in den Skischuhen zur Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel gehen um die Schlüssel zu holen. Das dauerte mehr als 30 Minuten. Das Zimmer ist schön und zweckmässig. Abgesehen vom Schimmel im Badezimmer.
