兩個晚上第一個晚上不給我預訂的房型，降級了！第二個晚上換房間給我，但是也不是很滿意的房型，整體一般般吧

酒店位置一流，可以望到馬特洪峰👏🏻自助早餐唔錯，地方非常乾淨，好光猛。地方又夠大，可以放三、四個大行李喼。

房間乾淨整潔，環境優雅，景觀獨特，酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，但價格偏貴。早餐食品種類不豐富，有過期食品

帶着家裡四個長者出行 最後一天因為起床時間不同 我們決定各自房間分別下去吃飯 吃到一半餐廳服務人員大聲的過來指責説 我們是一個大家庭應該一起坐在一個大桌 不應該分開坐一會兒別人過來該沒有地方了 餐廳本來就不大 兩個大桌被預訂了 一個大桌被一對日本情侶佔了 我們分別坐了兩人桌有什麼問題嗎 這時的時間連八點都不到 我辦理入住時 前台幾個人在他們辦公室裏嘀咕大概就是中國怎麼怎麼樣的 除了每天負責打掃房間的幾個人還挺好相處的 其他人對中國人真的是帶着有色眼鏡的

酒店的房間一般，但是陽台上景色真的很好，正對馬特洪峯。小鎮的景色真的很美，白天黑夜都很美。心情舒暢。

Please reserve their “Mountain View Suite” for travel in Zermatt , Switzerland 🇨🇭 Hotel location is good, just 10 minutes walk distance far from train station (with your heavy luggage maybe 15-18minutes walk, but the floor is so far flat and easy for carrying luggage) Their staff in both reception & cafe are super nice, warm welcoming and helpful 🤍 Our room is clean, spacious and the view is fabulous 🏔️ House keeper are sweet and detail minded (even I never meet him/her in person) 🥹

I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money. It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal. In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center. I love getting little chocolate treat everyday from the cleaning team.

Excellent hotel in Zermatt, would highly recommend Overall this was an excellent hotel, with special mention to the highly competent staff and owners. We found them to be personable and helpful, which isn't always the case in Zermatt. Nice balcony, quality breakfast and exceptional large wellness centre. This would be our preferred location if staying in a hotel in Zermatt.

Das ist doch eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Alte Möbel, das Bett sehr unbequem. Nicht mein Favorit. Einchecken hat 10 min gedauert, Wellness sehr klein und alt.

Property was clean and convenient to everything. The staff was helpful and great to work with. Breakfast was cooked to order & delicious.

This hotel was absolutely amazing, the breakfast, the food, the location, the view, i just absolutely loved it.
