Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with lake view. The house has been completely remodeled with top of the line appliances. It is close to Heavenly ski Resort, casinos, lake, grocery store and all activities Lake Tahoe has to offer.
The home is located in the Zephyr Heights neighborhood. It boasts large timber beams in the living room and gorgeous kitchen. Master bedroom and bath is located on the main living level of the house. The two additional bedrooms are located downstairs along with an additional large living space with small kitchen, fireplace and full bathroom. SPECIAL NOTE: We do have a 3 night minimum July and August.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Noise should not disturb the neighbors.About customRules:No pets!! Only trained service dogs allowed. Must meet service dog behaviors for people with disabilities. Emotional support pets are not allowed..Non-Smoking!! Inside the house or in the backyard or side yards. No parties allowed!! No loud music since it is very quiet neighborhood.,Please remove shoes when entering the house. Please do not move around the furniture in the house or decks.
