Hotel carinissimo . Noi abbiamo prenotato una suite e, veramente come ce l’aspettavamo . Pulitissima e spaziosissima . Unica pecca il parcheggio a pagamento (20 € al giorno ) e il fatto che la suite non sia provvista di frigo bar. Per il resto , consigliato .

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It is situated perfectly in the middle of the town. Everything is in easy walking distance. The staff are absolutely lovely and were so helpful. They made suggestions when we asked what to do for the day and were lovely to our family especially my elderly father. The breakfast was delicious and we were spoilt for choice every morning. We felt the rooms were spacious and the bed very comfy. It was hot in the rooms at night but the hotel does provide fans to help with that. We wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you so much everyone at the hotel for a great holiday.

Great hotel. We had breakfast and dinner and the food and staff were amazing. We had a family room in the modern new part, which was great. We overlooked the street and the bars below which meant that it was quite noisy. The Mountain View from the room was fab though.

It’s hard to review this hotel as there are so many positives but one negative that would make me not return. The positives are excellent location as in a 10 minute walk to the bus station , train station, lake ,and pedestrianised restaurant area.Bus and train transport in the area is free with a pass from the hotel a very welcome extra . The staff are super friendly, the hotel is very clean ,the breakfast was lovely with a cooked option as well as a cold buffet style . The major downside was the proximity to the road . Just a kerb between to the road. We stayed in a balcony room but this was on the corner of the building and the road. The road is very busy so noise was constant. However if the windows were shut it was relatively quiet as triple glazed . It was very hot when we were there’s so you couldn’t have them open and the room fan didn’t really cope . Not sure if you requested a room at the back of the hotel that it would be quieter. In fairness we didn’t ask to swap rooms ,as we liked our actual room and paid extra for a balcony . In the winter i don’t expect that this is an issue. Zell am see is so lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

This was an unexpected high stay on our trip. The room was spectacular and clean. Location was great. Just a few blocks from train station. Breakfast was really good. The small bar inside was really nice for guests. Really close to all the downtown events

Lovely hotel and polite staff but crystal ski should be clearer when using it. Advertise roof top bar but closed in winter. Say bus outside but 10 min walk in ski boots carrying skis. Boot room has boot heaters but is wholly inadequate for size. Sometimes could not find anywhere to put boots or skis. Plus one tiny bench for 2 to get yourself booted. Hotel not suitable for ski hotel. Only 3 tiny hooks in rooms. Worst of all the coach cannot get to hotel so you are forced to carry all your luggage plus skis and boots from coach terminal to hotel when you arrive and again when depart. All other hotels sent minibus to collect passengers. They could easily have done so.

We stayed on a half board basis. The food was plentiful. Nice buffet breakfast spread. With cooked to order eggs option The half board option we added to our booking and was well worth it . Five courses each night we didn’t go hungry. Close to the bus station for getting the ski bus to Kaprun and Saalbach . Just check the bus timetable only one bus an hour to Saalbach. Rooftop bar not open in the winter. Comfortable rooms with Kettles and a fridge. The Two Timez hotel next door was also booked by our party and just as comfortable but the Gin bar out the front could get noisy. Take the half board option at both hotels if offered it’s well worth it

What a fantastic time we’ve had. Such a warm welcome with really friendly staff. The room is very well equipped, with en-suite facilities, two sinks & a jacuzzi! There’s a free spa downstairs, & a welcoming bar. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay. I’m sure when we return to this fantastic resort.
