Parking at the house, single garage at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "71" 400 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Gondola lift 50 m, skisport facilities 300 m, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. 1-room apartment 33 m2 on 1st floor. Modern furnishings: entrance hall. The apartment is conveniently located near several cable cars. The equipment corresponds to the description and is generally in good condition. The price/performance ratio is excellent.

The accommodation met our expectations. Good location near the cable cars. Apartment in excellent condition including equipment. The entrance to the house is via an outdoor staircase.

Conditions are modest but decent. The apartment is small, preferably for 3 people. Clean and well equipped. Good and simple contact with the owner. A bit far from the city, but 50 m to the ski lift. Access to the glacier - Kitzsteinhorn - approx. 15 minut
