We have overnighted in Zeerust on a number of occasions before, but have not encountered such a pleasant place to stay before in what is a rather scruffy small town. We will certainly stay there again if the circumstances arise.

We stayed just one night but the accommodation is very good, the staff very friendly and the food is excellent. Its the perfect stop over before going into Botswana or coming home from Botswana. We have now stayed there three times always great.

Although we only stayed for 1 night en route to Botswana, I have to commend all areas of the Lodge on the exceptional cleanliness, Great Restaurant Menu and meal, very friendly staff and an extremely comfortable room. Even a 50" TV in the room. I will definitely use this lodge in the future.

Stay was okay but the power kept going off and back on again. The meals were very good but woke up to no water and not much feedback from the staff.

We arrived late and left early, but in the few hours we stayed at Kareespruit, we could see that the lodge is managed with efficency and attention to detail. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Will be back and stay longer next time!

The room was very comfortable and well presented. However we went for dinner at 6.45 pm having been told the kitchen was open from 6-9 pm. There were about 20 people in the restaurant and only one waitron, who was completely overwhelmed. Later another obviously off-duty person arrived in shorts and sandals. We were eventually presented with incorrect meals at 8.45 pm. Then the menu was fetched and the order retaken. The food miraculously appeared promptly and was good. While we still busy eating the staff started closing up and switching off lights. The meal was eventually given on the house. However this really spoilt our stay after a long drive that day.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at Kareespruit Game Ranch. The room was clean and cosy. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was good and service was great. The location was good. We will definitely stay at this establishment again.
